I can't say enough good things about the quality and character from the owners here! I was walking by about to leave town for a grad school interview when a blue suit with really nice fabric caught my eye. I got to talk with the owner as I admired it and shared my predicament. She then graciously offered to fast-track my tailoring while I went home to pack and get it ready for me to pick up on my way out of town that afternoon! The quality, value and service you get here is really special here. I highly recommend them!

I had a wonderful experience at Suit Up getting my wedding suit! I had been to a couple of other shops in town and was underwhelmed by the selection and customer service. Suit Up had exactly what I was looking for and provided excellent service throughout the whole process. It's a huge relief to have a suit that I love for my wedding, and it was a very reasonable price!

A young girls journey into adulthood can start with a visit to one of two locations of Suit Up at the Santa Rosa Plaza. Quinceanera dresses and ball gowns on the 2nd floor are presented beautifully in numerous options. The staff is friendly and informative, though the star attraction is a precious Pomeranian behind the counter.

Best suit shop in all of Santa Rosa. They have everything, literally everything and very very reasonably priced, be it to buy or to rent. And Sarah is the best, she not only helps you but also she gives apt and rather spot on suggestions for you to look absolutely perfect for your event!. Huge thumbs up!. ?? ♥️.

I shopped around at a few places, and this was definitely the best! Knowledgeable, patient, and quick. Everywhere else I went was kind of a pain.

Wow! what an amazing experience. We came in shopping for a Prom Tux and were greeted by Sarah. She was fabulous. We picked a Tux and were fitted and accessorized. Although the store was somewhat busy, Sarah was attentive and focused to everyone. Sarah is a ROCKSTAR! I would definitely recommend this store for all your suit and dress needs.

My husband got his bowtie, shirt, studs, and shoes from Suit Up for our wedding, and they were so helpful throughout the entire process! They special ordered the shoes in his size and had them sent to our door. (I customized them with the rudraksha bead tassels.) They also tailored the shirt immediately after we bought it, and it was ready to go so quickly! Amazing service. So glad there are still a few places to buy formalwear in person!

Sarah and Lee in Suit up are the best ! I highly recommend this business. They are kind, professional and amazing in every way. They took the time to know me personally and to cater to my needs . They even expedited the tailoring. If you need any formal wear in the north bay this is the place to go !

If I could give 10 stars I would! I can't say enough about Suit Up. Sarah helped me out from start to finish and made my experience so easy. First getting my measurements for a suit was very quick, literally not even 15 minutes. I just needed something simple yet a little classy and she showed me some options and went with a Michael Kors slim fit suit. After deciding on the suit, I just had to return once closer to the date when I needed it and when it arrived at Suit up. When it arrived I received a call letting me know it was there and when I'm able to go in to try on and see if any adjustments need to be made. Once I went in and tried it on, it fit just perfect from the jacket and down to the shoes. I love that everything that came with the suit, cufflinks and all, even if you don't need something it's all included for the same price which was good. Wedding day came, and I received so many compliments on the suit and how it looked on me, it was really nice to hear and it just made me feel really great. Once the wedding was over I placed the entire suit and accessories back into the large garment bag and dropped it off at Suit Up, it was simple as that. Not that I rent suits often but with the super easy and quick process, cheap rental price, and the outstanding customer service I received, if I ever need to rent a suit...wait not need, but if I ever WANT to rent a suit since I like to be suited up now, I'd definitely go back to Suit Up without a doubt! Thank you Sarah for all your help, excellent communication skills, and just making it a really comfortable, easy, and quick experience for me. I really appreciate it and I can't thank you enough!
