Super clean, excellent service, convenient hours. We used StoragePro to move stuff out of our garage while we were renovating and had a great experience. The staff is so nice and very friendly and professional!

In June I moved across the country from New York to California. There were many glitches along the way but I will say one of the easiest and smoothest processes was renting a storage unit from StoragePRO in Santa Rosa. From initiating the rental over the phone to meeting up with the movers to fill the storage unit.
I am sorry I cannot remember the young lady's name who completed the rental process with me onsite, but she'll no doubt remember how grateful I was for all her help. She explained the policies and the do's and don'ts very clearly, offered us water on a very hot day, and good-naturedly bantered with us. And I know she plays volleyball lol. It was a very pleasant experience and it's a beautiful state-of-the-art facility. Highly recommend it.

The facility was always clean and safe. Management was very helpful and kind. I would use this facility again, however I have no need for storage there.

I’ve had a storage there for atleast 7 years and I’ve felt my precious belongings were always safe. It’s clean no insects and always met with a smile. Thank you storage pro!!!

The unit complex is maintained very well, however, the cost increase every 6 months is not sustainable for anyone needing storage long-term. When I moved in to a 5x5 unit, it was $55. A few years later in the same unit and I am paying $109 - and they just increased it to $121. No one can sustain that increase long-term. For those of us who have apartments and no garage for storage, storage units seem like a necessity - but I managed to find other solutions. I get that everywhere has increases in costs, but there is no way that the cost to maintain operations increases every 6 months by 11-13% for every unit. The profit margins are huge for them, and they're bleeding the consumer dry. They've also started building/expanding to another complex next door because it is so profitable for them.
Pro's: close by; they keep it clean & secure. Con's: they increase the price by 11-13% (if not more) every 6 months, so be aware of that before you move in and intend on staying there longer than 6 months.

Really nice safe clean storage units. Most storage units are inside with elevators.

The sign-ups was a little bumpy at the start due to the online ID verification system not working and the selection to skip and verify in store wasn't letting me complete the online form. Once I contacted customer service, they helped me rectify the issue and allowed me to complete my lease. Let's hope the remainder of my stay is smoother than the sign-up.
