This is a very clean facility with a variety of storage space sizes at very fair prices. The staff are super friendly and helpful. So glad I found this locally owned business.

I've had storage at various places in my life but, Storage Care on Cass Rd. is hands down the best. Steel containers. Never had a mice problem. Dynnete who manages the place is delightful and helpful.The rates are agreeable as well.

I decided to go with the reviews here and take a 20’ container for storage purposes. The office team is 1st rate with cynical senses of humor (which one must have if you in business today, especially in CA! Ha!). Danette rocks! Period! She is the voice and face of this family run entity and she deserves the utmost respect. The hours are what they are and you know this going in. My only pet peeve is when they happen to close early and I show up with a van load off things to offload and the gates are closed!!! This happened to me yesterday and boy was i mad!!! But I know I shouldn’t have cut it so close. But I still have 20 mins to closing!!! So I decided to call the ‘24 Hour Emergency Phone’ listed on the sign by the gate. Came to find out that it is the owner’s direct cell phone. I could tell by his voice that he was under the weather and that was why he closed early. But he rallied back up and 19 mins later he opened the gate and waited in his truck until I finished. That is real customer service!! Thanks Mark!!Still giving them 5 ⭐️ because life happens when we make plans.

This place is great. The storage is old school ground level sea containers. Limited hours of access but it works. The owners are pleasant and Danette in the office is friendly and helpful.

This place is awesome. Its well managed with great communication, excellent front staff that know you unlike the bigger more expensive places, zero issues and the best rates around! Our needs were multiple units in different sizes. We were accommodated wonderfully! Thank You storage care Ps they even have snacks up front in the office incase yourself or your kids wore in need of a snack as sometimes things happen.

I am writing this review as a customer of this self storage since 2014. I am going to name the good things before the bad because I do respect them for allowing me to have a space there for so many years but I have to say my peace about my overall experience. Firstly if I was ever late they always made sure to give me a call. I did appreciate that as life these days moves so fast it's hard to keep up. I may have been late once or twice but I ALWAYS paid. (Even during the entirety of corona virus.) which brings me to my next positive. The front desk woman who usually is almost always there on the property has always been a very kind soul. She ALWAYS goes out of her way to communicate for the lack of (her management) and accommodates everyone as well. If it wasn't for the front desk woman I probably would've left much sooner than I did. I always enjoyed speaking to her... Now I must warn folks about this next part because as a customer who paid for so many years I believe constructive criticism is needed for a successful business to thrive. In the beginning in 2014 I paid 55$ for a small unit with the gentleman who owns the place. Back then that was a very reasonable price. I believe I moved up in size and that was 99$ for years. Last month when I paid for that said unit it was 109$ without my knowledge...apparently they (management) had sent me a letter in the mail notifying me CERTAIN units would be up charged. While I understand California is not easier to live in as the days go on I believe it would've been much better if someone had called me to tell me exactly why my CERTAIN unit was being up charged instead of a sneaky letter in the mail. So I decided to take my storage out that month and the management was so greedy they didn't even mention to me that they SHOULD pay me back for the days I wasn't in the unit anymore (about a week). When I asked the manager women (I am assuming Mark's Wife) if I could leave a small single table in the unit because my car was full of stuff from packing up she quite rudely replied "YOU CANT LEAVE THAT HERE." Not even a thank you for all the years I paid them. I sincerely feel bad for anyone who has to work with that woman. Last thing I will say is that 10am - 4pm hours are literally the worst times for a storage unit to be open. Some people have to work and those hours are terrible. Please change them to at least 7-7 for gods sake. It's very hot in Santa Rosa in the summer & the current hours are downright cruel to be in if your storage unit is directly in the sun. Anyway I wish I could give my experience a better review but I couldn't let this slide. I hope this place can sort itself out for that woman in the front. She has worked too long and hard to get cut short because of how rude her "management" is. Take care!

This place is wack. the gate hours of access are horrible!! 9-5 and 10-4:30 on Sunday. If it's a holiday. Forget it! No access! What kind of storage facility takes holiday's off? Total b.s. I've gone there on Sunday morning and owner was late twice to open and he's too dam nosy. Look else where.

I've been here almost a year and it is a wonderful storage facility. The manager is always kind and offers me treats whenever I go in the office. The hours are odd but after having been at Extra Space Storage, which is open 24hrs, I do not mind at all! The limited hours make me feel safe when I go in there by myself because I know the manager is there and attentive to who comes and goes.
Basically, a wonderful family run storage facility.

The rate's are ok. But the gate hours off access are horrible!! 9-5 and 10-4:30 on Sunday. If it's a holiday. Forget it! No access! What kind of storage facility takes holiday's off? Total b.s. I've gone there on Sunday morning and owner was late twice to open. However. My door to my unit broke, I helped fix it and the owner moved me to a larger unit at no extra charge. So they do care. This place is kinda cheap. I guess you get what you pay for. Better than extra space storage though

This place is great. Their the cheapest storage place I was able to find. Every time I go there they have snacks and cold water available. Always very friendly. I've been a few days late and they didn't even charge me extra.
