I walked in to use the bathroom. The doors have locked key codes now. You have to ask someone to enter the code for you. They will not give you the code. So you have to wait for someone to meet you to the bathroom. There was a guy that worked there just sitting down in the back not helping customers or ask of if I need help with anything. Also when I walked in the employees didn’t greet me. Or asked me if I need anything to let them know. I did buy a couple things. The lady at the counter when I was ready to pay for the items I wanted asked if I found everything ok. I said yes.

Great one stop shopping for a multitude of items, boxes,, ink cartridges, invoices are there with no hassle finding them. Great store and very efficient getting to a quick cashier.

It took me forever to find out the right paper for my print job. The clerk helped me out a ton, he worked at Kinkos in the past and gave me solid guidance!

Went for my TSA Pre check appointment yesterday and after driving almost 2hrs was told he called in sick, and I should have received an email (which I did receive 3 hours later). Went today for a walk in today after being told that was my only option over the phone this morning (again after driving an hour and a half from my home) and this dude had the audacity to be hella rude, not just to me but an old lady who put him in his place. Dude told me "I don't know how long you'll have to wait", but obviously I would wait as long as I needed, and he knew he could take me in less than 10 mins. Either way, I should have made an appointment in Sacramento or Martinez cause this guy is a douche.

The service they have in copying is terrible. The last 3 times I requested copying service they said that the email does not work and that they do not know when they will fix it. I think that if they cannot handle this service, they should not offer it.

This place always seems to have what I need, and whatever that is is generally pretty easy to find. The staff don't pester me. They let me shop by myself, which I appreciate. If and when I do require assistance, they are always friendly and helpful. I don't know what else to say, it's just a pretty decent stationary store.

Friendly service at this location! I started at shipping with Christopher and he did an excellent service. I walked through store and I was offered assistance which is always a plus even if you don't need it. Cashier was friendly and helpful too. Thanks for treating me wonderful!!

My sister and I went in to get some important papers printed. Elaine and Lana were so helpful, and attentive. We had a lot of copies and 2 copies for all papers. Lana & Elaine organized them and took great care. I don’t usually do reviews unless the customer service is above and beyond. These two ladies definitely know how to take care of customers. This is very refreshing in todays age. We will be back for all our printing needs. Thank you!!

Copiers work! Fax machines work! Employees for the copies area most kind and willing.Paper used to make copies very good quality. There is even a stapler, with staples! For customer use.

I went in to get some color copies which the last time didn't turn out so well. This time however they have New color copiers that turned out some beautiful copies. I couldn't tell them apart from the originals. I have never been good at using copy machines and this one was no different. I had to call on the sales person a few times. She was so patient and actually would have stayed with me the whole time but I finally got the idea of how it worked. And the color copies were only .69 each. I certainly will be back the next time I need color copies or anyOffice products
