The reviews don't lie - these people really are the best. 6 days after being rear-ended, my car is not only back to perfect condition, but also squeaky clean on the outside AND inside.
My insurance agency gave me the name of this company and after seeing the reviews, I went ahead with them. Everything was handled professionally, smoothly, and expediently. They had me in for an estimate the day after the collision, and two business days later I was dropping my car off for the work to be done. They told me it would take a couple of days, and to my utter delight, the next day they called to say my car was ready for pick up! When I arrived, I almost didn't recognize it because the wheels were looking so shiny - I was so surprised to see the nice wash it had been given. Then I opened the door, only to realize they had ALSO deep-cleaned the inside! My jaw dropped. Talk about feeling taken care of!
You cannot go wrong with Downtown Collision. They clearly know what they are doing from start to finish, and I'm so grateful for the service they provided me. I'd give them 10 stars if I could!

Fantastic work! My 1987 Mercedes was backed into at a parking lot, denting the driver door and scraping the paint. I had to travel not long after this, but Downtown Collision graciously squeezed me in to take care of the issue before my departure. The repair and repainting was exceptional and there is no way to know an entire door was redone. Friendly service, done expertly.

Had a dented rear trunk with broken tail & turn lights. (Hit & Run in grocery store parking lot...) Tried to get it repaired for 6 months through another local bodyshop with no success. Was referred to Downtown Collision by Empire Too (a terrific mechanic, if you have a Japanese car, they're the go-to!) and the service at Downtown was equally impressive! They got the repair done quickly, efficiently and under the estimate! They even washed the car before pick-up!! Highly recommend!

When I left my car I was a little nervous, but when I went to pick it up, it was excellent beyond my expectation. There's no complaining but there is a lot of compliments. Just leave your car and feel relax.

Excellent service from the moment I walked in till I picked up my car. My 2018 Corolla was side-swiped and a door panel had to be replaced, plus some repairs on the adjacent panels. To top of the great job they returned the car spic and span clean outside and in. I highly recommend this shop. And, Gary is a gentleman.

Downtown Collision in Santa Rosa is a second location of a business that has been operating for 35 years in Rohnert Park, and their long experience shows in the way they work with customers and in the results of their work. Customer comes first here, and the level of service from the moment you drive in is as high as you can get. Quotes are expertly written and in my case, the insurance company involved changed nothing and paid DC the full amount of their quote, which I know is unusual and which speaks to their expertise in how things work. The work is careful and thorough and my car looked great when I picked it up. The shop was recommended to me by someone who worked in the Rohnert Park store for 35 years and I don't know how you can get a better referral than that. Hope you never have a need for accident-related body work, but if you do, this is the place to go.
