I have been using this storage facility for almost 2 years now and it is fantastic. We have had no issues at any point and the price hasn't changed during this entire time, which is amazing because they were by far the cheapest option we could find at the time. It's very clean, and I love that the smaller units are inside a building, so we haven't had any issues with vermin, etc. The lady who works at the front counter has always been very friendly and accommodating as well. I love her dogs! We are looking to get a larger unit in the near future (we currently have a 5x5), and I will update this review after that experience, but honestly, I have recommended this place to two coworkers and they love it, so I have a feeling it will be a good experience.

Nice and friendly staff, drove me around to look at the sizes of the units before deciding.. Just as well because the smallest one was the size of a closet and could not fit a king bed frame in it with a washer and dryer. Also if you Instagram or Facebook a review you can receive a free lock. A++

Rats! Beware. Nice space, easy to access but rats have eaten through boxes, made nests of fabric, left turds everywhere. When we complained, traps were added but because units are not sealed, it didn't help much. Front office staff are cordial but there has been no other action that we are aware of.

We Removed Our Stuff From Public Storage And Moved It Into Southpoint Storage. This Place Is Clean as All Storages Are. But This One Has Security. And It Costs Less Too. The Buildings are Temperature Controlled And Security pads on Doors and The Main Gate, Cameras Inside And Out. We Are Happy With This Storage.

This location is awful. The tenants the live on sit are not trust worthy. I always hear them arguing even in front of my wife and kids. I've seen him several times with bags of guns putting them into different units. My wife said she has heard him on the phone talking about delivering drugs. What kind of business are you running here, a drug ring? Does the owner even know what kind of people they are letting stay on the prosperity? My wife was so scared of what she heard, she researched the license plates and the silver Jeep belongs to a felon, a Theodore Anthony Boitano and has been arrested several time for drugs. How do we know he is not breaking into other units stealing stuff, hiding his drugs and guns? And, they also have two violent breeds for dogs. What in the world is going on here? We made complaints to the police department regarding all of this and I hope something is done! This use to be such a wonder family owned business run to the ground.
