Time for me to admit I'm addicted to their hardwood smoked bacon. Yes, there's lavender, but I can't get into perfuming your meat. Clearly, many people disagree.Anyway, shout out to Rodrigo at the Castro Farmers Market stand. Always a smile.

We made our way out here from Fairfield, where there aren't any butcher shops. So, we love to check them out when we get to a city that has one.
