I love this place but the dental department always has people that seem so miserable and give off attitude...just called for my mom and the receptionist was super rude.

great medical but the dentist part not so great at all I feel they favor other patients therefore that's why it's hard for me to get in. when my surgeon made it very clear with the dental department that I need to have my cavities done so I could do my knee replacement but nope were they do they called and cancelled and now pushed it out until March and I feel it's done on purpose. it's all about favoritism there

I've been going here since I was a child like 18 years and they have excellent results in aid of medical, dental, and behavior health. I will never change my provider. Joe is the best dentist and Dr Stele is the best doctor. God bless you all.

I have been coming here for 13 years on and off I started when I was 17 mostly with the dental department and it was a lot better back then then now I believe the managing director has let the department fall in the aspect of customer service and patient care I emailed some of management of the entire facility and they emailed the director hopefully he will get his department back to the standards of the old SCIHC which was a lot better at least in the dental department I am a google guide with 10,000 views on my comments if anything bothers you about this facility email the high management found on the SCIHC website when I speak of customer service the dental departments front staff has attitude their dental H behavior problems dental assist attitude and director allowing his employees to say and act however they want to as long as their not breaking the law which is disturbing also the dentists not knowing proper procedures

I love the Dr.'s and Pharmacists but I have trouble with the front desk policy. I live on the River and always leave with enough time to arrive early and check in, my boss isn't ever happy that I have to leave early for a medical appointment, & doesn't give me much leeway, she requires I check the traffic map and allows me to leave with 15 extra time only, but if all goes as my phone states I arrive without issue and on time. But as we know traffic is an ever changing beast, and sometimes I am 1-8 minutes late, I alway call and tell them exactly where I am and what my phone is now saying, and usually I arrive in the 5 minute "late" window. The last time I was due at 11:20 and I was just 6 blocks away at 11:20 and called and said I should be there by 11:25. When I walked through the door I saw their clock was fast, mine is set via satellites so very precise, and my phone stated it was at 2:25.30 when I got in line and 2:26.42 when they called me up, their lobby clock stated 2:32 or 2:33 (so I was double checking my times), but even though I called and was in line within the 5 minute cushion, my appointment was given away. If it had been 12-15 minutes late I could understand but 1 minute, and after taking off work, and driving 1 1/2 hours and then calling to let them know I was just a few minutes up the road, thats bad health care service! I sure hope your computer clocks are not as off as your lobby clocks. You should allow clients to check in over the phone when we are just minutes away, we don't all live in town, and most of us have to work too and taking time off in the middle of the work week is hard enough without missing our appointment because of a wreck or influx in traffic.

I came here a long time ago when I had went to Western Dental, I felt something was wrong with the xrays they took, so I went to the Indian Health center and after they looked at my xrays confirmed that Western Dental was wrong. I decided to stay with them, and they were always helpful and even though they are packed busy and it takes months to get an appointment, if there was an Emergency they always got me in, they were fast, friendly and was the best dentist I ever had. Sadly I lost my insurance so I couldn't stay with them.

This place is not a great place. Doctors will completely ignore me and falsely diagnose me. I gotten way better from real doctors that I pay out of pocket for.
