I ordered shoes from this store. It took almost a month to get the shoes and when they arrived they were several sizes too small. When I called “customer service” I was treated like I was an idiot. I told the customer service person that I’ve never been treated so rudely…he said did I want help or not. Customer service sent me a label for new shoes, it was a totally diffferent carrier, shoes had arrived via United Parcel, the label was for the US Postal Service. I couldn’t use the original packaging because it was a bag. Now I see that placing the label on the shoe box which was damaged due to poor packing will cost me $15. Stay away from ordering from this store! Their customer service is a joke. My replacement shoes did arrive within days. The only redeeming part of this transaction.

I live in another city and I often find it difficult to order on line, they let me order direct from the Santa Rosa store, very happy Hilary!

Walked in cause I need a pair of comfy walking shoes, Stood around waiting for someone to help me and NO Help! So I walked out and won't come back.

I was shopping for boots. I gathered about 10 styles from the sale rack, which is supposed to be self service. When the size didn’t fit me right, the salesperson immediately found me another in the size I needed for that style. When I settled on a style, I was picky about one aspect of one boot. She brought out all of the boots in that size and color, so I could take home the ones I liked best. It was raining and I wanted to wear them out of the store. She sold me waterproofing spray, and sprayed them for me before I left.

Comfortable cute shoes. Not cheap but good quality. Customer service has been varied depending on the store. The downtown Santa Rosa store had good customer service when I recently shopped there. The shoes last forever.

My mom loves their shoes, they are really comfortable shoes!! But most shoe styles are a little more mature looking than I would like to wear myself. But definitely recommend for anyone looking for comfortable everyday wear shoes.

Sole Desire Shoes offers premier women's retail footwear. Whenever my wife and I are in Montgomery Village, she likes to stop by their store at this location and look around. She told me she likes their shoes because they are very comfortable. The concept of offering European style comfort in shoes started back in 1990 for Sole Desire Shoes. This is a family business known for quality and service. The layout of this store is very appealing. The manager was very nice and answered any questions I had about the store.

My mom and I were made to feel like a major inconvenience instead of valued customers. The sales person literally said he didn't want to keep pulling shoes for us. Definitely the last pair of shoes I will buy from this company.

I came here looking to replace my birkenstock's. I had purchased other shoes from this store in the past. Unfortunately, now it only seems that they sell one or two brands of shoes, which is very unfortunate. Although I am sure they will still appeal to a certain market, it is disappointing that they no longer really carry a variety of other brands.

I went in and a guy came out from the back and said can I help you. I said I was looking for comfortable walking shoes and he turned around and returned to the back. I looked at the shoes displayed and he didn't come back out. There's no service in department stores now, but a specialty shoe store might offer a little help in my opinion.

I've been shopping at this store for quite some time and for whatever reason the employees have a way of making me feel like Julia Robert's in pretty woman. I'm not sure if it's because I look young for my age or what. I often have to ask for help and get overlooked upon entering the store to be greeted. Fortunately I am self sufficient and don't require much assistance with picking out a shoe. 3 stars because the shoes are comfy. Though some could look a little less "grandma".

Went to purchase sandals on Sunday May 29 2022. Walked in, sales woman looked at myself and my friend (who is big and beautiful) she asked what sz my friend wore, sz 11 she said " we do not have anything in your size"! Looking at my friend in disgust. Then asked if she had ever purchased from them before. My friend said "yes. I buy my Dansko nursing shoes here all the time, but I will not any more". What a rude and prejudiced sales person to overweight patrons. I hope this person is reprimanded or more and the store loses alot of business.

Ordered very hard to find Ugg Talismans and the order was processed, shipped and received in days! Couldn’t even find these on the Ugg site. Very impressed! Thank you!
