The customer service here was much better than I ever expected! Rosie drove me around to look at units and described the advantages or disadvantages of each location. Things I never would have thought of. The units are clean and secure and easy to access. Very friendly staff!

like the service at SmartStop storage in Santa Rosa avenue..The 2 office ladies are Awesome, they keep me posted on call or whenever I visit the office very welcoming ..The pricing is very competitive..And i feel safe having my valuable goods stored at SmartStop..today got a weiver off my late payment penalty a i really appreciate SmartStop support

I Ramon flores experienced a change at smart chop I was paying $161.76 before and now I'm only paying $116.00 a mo. So it got like $50.09 less i really like that anything less is better than the amount I was paying before thank you smart chop

Under new management !!! The difference is day and night - new manager Heather has transformed smart stop into a welcoming , clean and safe place to store your things - I highly recommend smart stop - I've had my belongings here for some 5 - 6 years and it's never been better since some rearranging of staff recently - the difference is noticeable. Keep up the good work !!
I can only have 1 review and there are 2 other staff members that need mentioning - Shirley and Rosie have been so helpful to me - I can't say enough about both of them - always greet me with a smile , always working with people who may be having a difficult time with compassion and empathy this isn't an easy job but they do it well with ease - if it were up to me all 3 would get a medal and a raise !!
( this is an honest review - I wasn't asked for a positive review - I gave 5 stars because there's a noticeable difference around here for the better and it needed to be appreciated in writing for others looking for a safe clean and affordable storage ! )
I also need to mention new guy Eric - I had a very heavy rollaway tool box that I was struggling with and closing time was coming fast he was quick to help me load up for which I was grateful as I wasn't sure what I was going to do to get that beast loaded up - thanks Eric much appreciate your help !
