It was a pleasure working with John McGreggor at the Windsor location. He was very patient with my questions and did a thorough job answering my questions. I now have the knowledge of what is important in a mattress for being a side sleeper. He did a great job explaining the importance of support on all my pressure points and helped me make my decision to go ahead with a latex option with a topper. It’s only been a day and I’ve already told a couple friends about what I found, and the dude that helped me out. He wasn’t only educated and patient, but was very kind. I realized I kept him a quarter past their closing time and I had no idea until I left the store and saw the time. It didn’t feel like I was in there that long. Sleep city is a great place. It’s also locally owned. I won’t need a mattress for 20 years now but my kids will and John’s the man. Thank you again it was easy writing this review to a well deserved guy and a company who obviously takes pride in having the right people working for them.

My fiance and I went to shop for a new mattress since ours was making sleep very difficult for me after having back surgery a year ago. We met John at sleep city in windsor.John asked some questions and listened to all my concerns about a new mattress. After finding out what I was going through John had me try out some beds, and we found one that I loved ❤ ( He wrapped it up and helped load it in our truck) It has been almost a week and I am still in love with this bed. Thank you John and sleep city!!!

Definitely recommend! John was super helpful with mattress selection. We put off getting a new mattress for so long and John made it easy to pick what would work best for us. Delivery was easy and super fast.

We had an amazing experience with Sleep City, John was helpful and extremely knowledgeable about the products. He took plenty of time to make sure my husband and I were very happy with our purchase. He should definitely get a raise!The delivery experience was equally wonderful, both gentlemen were very kind and efficient. They were prompt and quick to set up. I would strongly recommend Sleep City.

While other mattress stores were pushy and salesey, sleep city was extremely kind and accommodating to my budget and needs. The sales rep helped me find my perfect mattress and made sure I had the right box spring to go with my bed frame and the height I wanted. Would definitely recommend for quality, honesty, and friendliness.

My husband and I had a great experience at Sleep City! We had planned to go to several shops and spend all day mattress shopping but John at Sleep City made it an easy one-stop shop experience. Their showroom is huge with many different options, we were able try out a wide range of mattresses and landed on the Posh+Lavish. John the salesman was super helpful, with an answer to all our questions, and allowed us to take the time we needed to make such an important decision. We look forward to getting our new mattress next week and I would highly recommend Sleep City for locals looking to buy local :)

I can't say enough about how pleased I am with my experience at Sleep City!!! I was waking up night after night with hip pains. After discussing mattress options with these folks, we determined my needs would be best suited with a Posh + Lavish mattress. It's been a few months now and I have never slept better. The entire experience was top notch! Delivery was fast and easy and the delivery team was so respectful of our home. THANK YOU to the entire Sleep City team!!! I highly recommend visiting one of their stores when you're ready to make your next mattress purchase.

Worst sales men I've ever met in my life . Pointed us to the most expensive bed and when we said we wanted to look around for just a moment he basically kicked us out because we had a small well behaved dog with us. He talked to us with our dog and was completely fine until he realized we didn't want the 5,000$ bed. Do not go here. Go to Matress Firm across the street and see John!

Scott was highly knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. No pressure, super patient, and seemingly knew and was happy to impart everything about the mattress world. So happy to work with him. As long as Scott works for Sleep City, it'll be the only place I buy my mattresses.

Scott and all his staff are terrific. They have a wonderful set of higher quality mattresses and they take their time to walk you through the ins and outs of what’s available. Prices were in line with others and better in numerous instances. They were most accommodating to my special needs, patient and friendly. It’s a small locally owned chain, not one of the huge national chains but with plenty to choose from. In fact less overwhelming than the bigger places because of that.
