This establishment deserves more stars! The people are truly awesome. Rich is exceptional - he's not just trying to make money off you; he genuinely wants to help you get a car. It's been a great experience with a fantastic staff. I've gotten my third car from Skyline. The entire staff is extremely friendly and explains every detail thoroughly. I highly recommend Skyline - ask for Rich.

I couldn't be happier with the car I just bought, and the whole team at Skyline bent over backwards to make it happen. Not only did I get a great price, but they worked to accommodate me so I could get the financing I needed. They made car buying easy and a pleasant experience. This place is amazing!! I went in there 2 years ago a first time buyer and I have traded in, then when my trade in got rear ended and totaled out, I came back to them and I am back on the road. Skyline has gone above and beyond for me. Great staff, great service, and overall great experience. I recommend this place to anyone looking to buy a used vehicle! I can’t express enough how amazing the customer service is here. Rich is super knowledgeable, professional, and kind. I bought my car here in December and absolutely love it, and also referred a friend here recently. Both times I had an amazing experience. I can’t even describe how amazing Rich and Chris are! Rich made the process easy and understandable for me! I’m not a numbers guy or anything, so with Rich working his magic to get me such a good deal, was just amazing! Chris was super friendly and helpful as well! Bought a nissan rogue here. Less than 6 months later the brakes went out. Yes its my fault for not getting it double inspected , but they said they did the inspection. Not happy $1000 ? I do appreciate you responding so soon, I already got my brakes done, on average depending on labor brakes can cost up to $800, I had to get it done quickly as I commute to work, as I realize it is high I know they are done right, I just think this could have been caught and dealt with upon purchasing the car, I realize the buying a used car is a risk, I am just frustrated as I thought I had the comfort of not worrying about my car. Oh well that's life, moving on...

My experience with this dealership far surpassed the quality and customer service of any other dealer I had to deal with when on my journey to buy my car. I purchased one of my dream cars: a ford focus ST in the Tangerine color and I couldn’t be more happy with the car, my initial experience with the dealership was seeing that they had changed the headlights out on the focus before I came to see it, on the ad the headlights were fogged up and I figured if I bought the car I’d have to swing by AutoZone on my way back to get a cleaning solution, but to my surprise the car was way cleaner in person than in the ad itself, they had either cleaned or changed out the headlights which was very nice to see, which is usually the opposite for used car dealers. Chris was a great salesman, I’ll definitely be asking for him if I end up at this dealer again.
