I’m never going to one of the big auto body shops again where I was just a claim number. Western Auto Body (the one on Condo Court in Santa Rosa) was recommended by a friend, and I had the best experience with personalized service and excellent communication from Mike, the owner, and Veronica who runs the front desk. And my truck looks good as new. Highly recommend.

Western Auto Body me out on a previous insurance claim. They were professional from start to finish and I will continue to use their services in the future. Veronica in the Office is beyond professional and the owner Mike was very friendly and helpful! Highly recommend!

I recommend this auto repair shop to everyone. the front desk Veronica was so personable, knowledgeable, very mu a people person. kept me updated on repairs and let me know that a repair thought to be needed was not so lowered my price. I would only go to this shop for repairs. wonderful people. Veronica you were amazin. thank you so much.

Meh. Lots of issues getting accurate estimate and paying for the whole job. Pluses: Friendly staff; knowledgeable installers; free loaner vehicle for non-insurance paid work. Minuses: estimate was highly inaccurate and cost was 2.5 times the estimate; be aware of 3% service fee for use of a credit card for payment. (The owner says there is a sign stating this in their office; be sure to look for it because I didn't see it.) Communication about delays and pick-up times could be better. Plus/Minus, depending on who's paying the bill: they do a nice job detailing the car inside and out. If you're paying out of pocket, you will be paying for the time and materials for someone to do this for you. Owner told me that they don't charge for this service, but they paid someone to do it and paid for materials, so it's the customer who pays it in the end. That's the way business works.

All my tires were stolen and I looked around for few shops and western auto body was the only one who helped me. Even though they didn't have all the information yet they accepted me with no hesitations. Veronica asked for basic info and she did all the work for me. John fixed my car really well. He called me a few times to keep me updated and very informative. He gave me suggestions to where I can get my tires and everything worked smoothly. They even let me leave the rental car at their shop and they took care of it. They also have a loaner car for me to use when the other parts for my car arrived. They were very helpful and treated me like a regular customer. My car was clean inside and out when I picked it up. If I ever need any body repairs again I will definitely go to western auto body.

This is the best auto body shop I have ever been to! My car looks better than it did before it was damaged. The staff was SO helpful! The work is perfect, and guaranteed for as long as I have the vehicle. Big shout out to Meghan in their Sebastopol Shop and Veronica in the Santa Rosa shop. Such thoughtful, professional women! I will never go any place else!
