Andrea W. Was helping me. She brought out several shoes for me to try. She was great! I tried several and they worked for me. I ended up buying 3 pair (2 were on sale- another added bonus).
I couldn’t believe that I had 3 pairs of shoes to take on our trip. Andrea was a sweetheart! She was sooo helpful, and was excited for me to have some new cute shoes. I am so happy to know that I now have a shoe store to go to where I know I can find a width to fit my feet.

“Recently my son had to exchange his work boots due to a flaw.**The Work World staff got right to it. It made my son's day. He wears his boots and is on his feet through out his shift. Friendly and attentive employees is a plus. Good Job!”
“I was shopping for boots. I gathered about 10 styles from the sale rack, which is supposed to be self service. When the size didn’t fit me right, the salesperson immediately found me another in the size I needed for that style. When I settled on a style, I was picky about one aspect of one boot. She brought out all of the boots in that size and color, so I could take home the ones I liked best. It was raining and I wanted to wear them out of the store. She sold me waterproofing spray, and sprayed them for me before I left.”
“I had an amazing experience at this store in the Santa Rosa ca. Location. Valera was amazing and really went out of her way to help not only take advantage of the Jean exchange but also found me a second pair of jeans so I could get the bogo deal also. Thank you Valera for all your help. ♥️”

She made my daughter feel comfortable throughout the whole process. I wish I knew her name. All I remember is that she went to RCP and graduated high school in LA. “This place was awesome. I spent a lot of time on subreddits reading about different boot brands and what is the best and what's not the best etc etc. when it was time to make a choice, I tried on quite a number of different brands of boots but when I went to Red Wing shoes they threw me on the machine to measure my feet. Found my exact size and the boots I was looking for with the BOA. I put them on my feet and they were the most comfortable boots I have ever worn. The BOA makes it so easy to take the work boots on and off no lacing in the morning and easy adjustments. I'll probably never go back. And I'm looking for a pair of cycling shoes that has the system as well. These boots were expensive and I probably wouldn't have been able to buy them myself, but since they're for work, it was great to have the office cover a good portion of them. They can also be re-soled which is great for when they wear down. All in all, a fantastic experience other than the fact that there's not really any way to get a discount on them unless you sign up for the emails which I had not done. Highly recommended, one of the main reasons I chose Red Wing boots was after polling several workers that I worked on premise with. And the mechanic that was on his feet all day on concrete working wore Red Wings, and recommended them.”
“WOW! When I tell you this was the best shoe shopping experience I have ever had! Sales reps Celeste and Yelin BLEW me away. I came in sad about my personal life but upon entering the palace they greeted me with the kindest smiles. I ended up buying two shoes they recommended me and I couldn’t be happier. Weird Chucky collection but I was able to put that past my experience. 10/10 service and I can’t wait to come back❤️”
