WOW! When I tell you this was the best shoe shopping experience I have ever had! Sales reps Celeste and Yelin BLEW me away. I came in sad about my personal life but upon entering the palace they greeted me with the kindest smiles. I ended up buying two shoes they recommended me and I couldn’t be happier. Weird Chucky collection but I was able to put that past my experience. 10/10 service and I can’t wait to come back❤️

There was a little guy and a little woman.the woman was rude and very unprofessional.Customer service was poor.You should ask this girl if she has any problems with her job 03/19/2024 6:25 pm ..I'm not coming back. Since just one answer made me feel very uncomfortable :)

Going to this specific location expect the worst customer service. We went in exactly knowing which shoes and shoe size we were buying. I asked the floor rep closes to the shoe for a size 9. The kids says okay and then just stays standing there and starts having a conversation with his buddy's! We thought he had asked another coworker to get them and waited. But after 10-15 minutes my husband had to go ask another floor rep which the guy went and got it immediately. Now as we were paying their card system kept declining my transaction. I knew for a fact that shouldn't have happened but gave them the benefit of the doubt that maybe due to the holiday season there was a lock on my card from the different purchases through out the day. So I ended up having to pay cash. Checked with my bank right as I walked out from that store and there was no hold or issue with my card!? Went and made a purchase else where with no issue. To imagine if I didn't have cash on me? NEVER WILL I GO TO SHOE PALACE AGAIN. I work customer service so I understand and have a lot of patience. But this palace, these reps? Nope, never again.

The sweetest girl ever !!! Yelin helped me out she was the best honestly I’ve never had an experience as amazing as thissss it was definitely more like a 100 out of 10 !!! She definitely deserves the recognition so glad she’s was there too help me out today would definitely be there again soon because of her amazing help can’t explain it !!!

Horrible experience that I had with Santa Rosa ca location. I have never visited such a chaotic, unpleasant and stressful store. I have visited other locations and with this particular location seems to disappoint numerous times. I came to this store, for the very reason a lot of customers often go for amazing Shoes . I had bought a pair of shoes as a gift . The lady who had helped me looked very annoyed at the fact I had asked her for help in the registers and she came out with the shoes , quickly checked the box. I should have known better and checked myself, this isn't the first time this location had made a mistake. The person I had gifted the shoes had 2 left shoes. When I called the manger to inform him since it's been days I had boughten them , he didn't seem apologetic nor did he care I had asked him kindly if he would set aside the size I needed he said yes and hung the phone up . When I came in to the store he said they didn't have the size and they had nothing . When i asked for the return the place looked like a circus .. un matching shoes piled up behind them , like a bunch of garbage thrown . Paper from boxes all over the place . No wonder opposite shoes are being put together . And staff running , zooming around the sales floor. Hazard if you ask me especially with children around. I asked for my refund and the given reason to why I refunded was "customer did not like" . I have no trust in the work with these store associates , and they seemed very ignorant and the manger seemed incompetent to run this business .

I got a pair of shoes on may 20th, today July 10th I tried to get credit for them (got wrong size) end they said it was not possible, even when I explained that I was sick with COVID for the last 3 weeks and could not go the store for a exchange or creditNo buying there any more

I bought my child a pair of Nike shoes here. He didn't like how they laced up on his ankles. I took them back to the store and was not only denied a return but embarrassed by the clerk whom I was dealing with. So unprofessional and rude. I'll never buy anything here again.

I wasn't satisfied with my experience at this location due to the lack of customer service skills from the employees. I don't expect the red carpet when I walk in yet it would be nice to have a basic "Hey Welcome in" or a "hello" "let me know if you need help with something" just something other than being ignored. I felt like I was invisible! That's just for starters... I walk over to check out the Nikes, and immediately I spot a shoe that i like, it's labeled $39.99, I thought to myself (What the??!) (this can't be right, normally a $180 shoe) I walk over to the cashier and ask if this is the correct price?? She said no, that's incorrect, somebody must have made a mistake... so I find the same exact shoe on another self labeled $99.99 (which I thought, that's still a good prices for foamposites) I ask to try them on, and come time to pay, the cashier asks me for $196 etc... I said it says $99.99, now she says sometimes customers try on the shoes and put back the wrong shoe inserts etc. I was like Huh?! I thought to myself what does that have to do with the price of rice and Yugoslavia?!?! So now I found two shoes both miss priced. I was so annoyed because these team members are not on their job and making sure that the shoes are priced accurately. I feel like they should have honored the price as it was labeled. Like how do you guys mess up twice?! I'm sure I'm not the only customer this has happened to. I'd rather go to champs or footlocker! I didn't get any sorry for any inconvenience or any misunderstanding etc, it was just like so do you want the shoes or not?
