I was patiently waiting in line for about 10 minutes with several other customers when a man walked in the door still exhaling the vapor inside the building from his THC vape, walked past the line of three others and myself and right to the counter where they greeted him as a regular, without acknowledging that he had just cut in front of four other customers. I was in the store because I had called regarding some industrial coatings the day before and was promised a return call that I never received.
Between the lack of a return call and my experience with the staff at the counter I walked out the door and will not return, nor recommend to any of my trades partners, that they shop here. I was looking for a new vendor to replace Kelly Moore, I will take my current 15,000 ft concrete coating purchase, as well as all future projects elsewhere where they value all of their customers.

I have been using this location for 10+ years. They never disappoint! I will drive farther to come here over the other location that is near my house if I have an option!Consistent, top-notch service to the level that I was thinking about sending a letter to the manager to tell them just how professional their team has always been for me. THANKYOU for being knowledgeable attentive, and for always putting the dab of color on the top of our paint containers!!!!

Won't stand behind products they sell. Better off at Benjamin Moore. I don't recommend Sherwin Williams as the paint they sell doesn't cover itself. The employees change positions often. Inconsistent sheens.
