Kind of pissed me off that I couldn't get a pack of smokes because I didn't have an ID really freaking irritating when you're 40 years old and you can't get a other than that the store is great

With high fuel prices you would expect employees not to screw you out of your fuel rewards. I was pumping gas when the employees stopped the pump and I lost my rewards I had been saving up. They don’t know how their rewards process works and tried saying my rewards will continue when I re-input my ID. Unfortunately that is not the way it works. These employees should have better knowledge, training and a system set up to fix their mistakes.

This Shell station has updated pumps with touch screens which are nice to use. Now let's get tot he bad: Homeless person sitting by the front door pestered me for money. When I brought it up to the cashier she could care less that someone was panhandling right by the door of the establishment. I left my items on the counter and left.

WELL I ALWAYS HAVE A GOOD EXPERIENCE WHEN I GO HERE WITCH IS LIKE AROUND LIKE 1:30AM. BUT IT WOULD BE NICE IF THERE WASN'T SO MANY TRANSIENTS LOUNGING AROUND IN FRONT OF THE STATION, OTHER THEN THAT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE, THE TALL CAUCASIAN GUY WHO WORKS GRAVE YARD, EXTREMELY SEXY, VERY POLITE, RESPECTFULL, TAKES HIS JOB SERIOUSLY. ONE OF MY MAIN SPOTS.

This is toward the staff members, especially the elder lady with short hair not too much spoken English. But I didn't mind but to top it off she is the rudest worker, and she shouldn't be working there , the reason I'm not going to that gas station. I hv more detail of her.

Third gas station I went to in this area. Was gonna full up but they also told me restroom was out of service when I asked (as were the other two gas stations). The worker shared its because they are right off the highway. What?! I've never had this happen in my travels . Gas stations are known spots where you can refill your car and empty your bladder. Guess I'll go up the road a bit for gas at the next station to fill up!
