FRAUD CARD READER WARNING! 8/11/2023 The Car Wash card payment machine likely has a card reader: I used my card on 8/10/23 for a car wash. I did not use my card anywhere else for several days beforehand. I was charged $50 in 5 identical transactions by a vendor I never do business with: DISCORD* GIFT-NITRO HTTPSDISCORD. CA (Of course it's possible this fraud was not caused by this machine, but in my personal experience, the only card fraud that's happened to me was from a gas station card payment console). Otherwise, the car wash was good. But be warned: The "brush" flaps are POWERFUL; they ripped off and destroyed an aftermarket security camera attached to my car.

Don't bother if they make a mistake, and give over $50 worth of gas on another pump to somebody else that you didn't pump into your OWN vehicle they wont honor the customer ; especially not the manager nor the district leader per the manger he spoke to. Save your TIME, and MONEY an go to a chevron, or valero. I've never dealt with such bad customer service at a gas station , and the fact they left someone unproperly trained to handle a gas station alone tells you everything. She was literally struggling with the computer the whole time I was in there, and especially when I went back in there after the fact I realized my money was put on another pump. Make sure your employees are trained/prepared to handle any situation before you just leave them like that. I'm out $57, and lesson learned SHELL is greedy an careless of their employees!

I'm disappointed I currently worked at this gas station for about 7 months . I worked hard and promoted all sales and sold carwashes everyday or should I say every night . At times I worked 6 days a week . And LOVED MY JOB . my customers loved me and reminded me often how pleasant it was to have such great customer service . Always complimented on my great customer service skills . Unfortunately I was let go aweek ago . If any of my customers see this I want all of you to know it was a pleasure to assist you and I already miss all of you . After I was let go the DM Laura put all of my stuff by the dumpster and it was stolen it's to bad because I worked hard and I made the company money . Shame on you Laura for allowing my stuff to be taken .

Super friendly employee named Tera. Very helpful, and explained the rewards program thoroughly! Always pleasant, and cares about her customers!!! The world needs more employees like Tera!!

Today was the second time I've been to this gas station with the clerk unavailable both during the afternoon and on the weekend, Poorly managed and no urgency to deliver gas to customers.

Stopped in for gas. Super friendly staff. They had a rest room I was able to use. It was clean with soap and everything. Anyone who ever tries to use a restroom at a gas station in California knows how rare this is.

The employee Jennifer was very rude to me..I have seen her be rude to other customers in the past too...i can not believe she actually told me she was going to call the police on me for "stealing" from the store for requesting the 20 cents discount for getting a car wash..which I paid for....The hoses are so short..I had to move my car around in order to pump my gas,...If I would of known I wouldn't get my discount in the first place ..I would of gotten gas some where else..They need to put it writing..The discount is invalid if the customer can't park close enough to their short hoses and are unable to get gas, the first time because THEIR hoses are so short...It's against company policy for the employee to give the 20 cent discount to a customer,which the customer paid for...This is in fact stealing from the customers...They need to get longer hoses,and change their policies.... I refuse to go back to this gas station...I went to another gas station across the street 76 gas station) and was treated with respect...Also the car wash is so much better at the 76 gas station,than it is here ...I even complimented the employees at the 76 gas station unlike this gas station here..I paid a little bit more for the car wash, but it was worth it..I was treated better over at the 76 gas station, and my car came out looking great...gee, I wonder why they are getting a ton of one stars. She is horrible on how she treats her customers..She needs to be retrained on how to treat customers...by the way..Jennifer says the company wouldn't care about her rude and nasty behavior towards customers ,she said they would agree with her...Shell oil prides itself in great customer service..something SHE needs to be TRAINED on!!!

Had to be the worst customer service I have ever received. Went in on August 26 at 5:45 pm and filled up and put a car wash in at pump. There weren't any receipts coming out and when I went to the kiosk, there was no one there and a sign saying closed. So without a receipt, there's no car wash code. Basically, I paid 10 dollars extra and didn't get my car washed. So I figured the next time I come in, I'll let them know and get my wash. Few days later, went in and girl says she can't do that. Have to call owner, Esme. Called Esme many times, for 3 weeks and no response. Finally get her and she says she needs exact time, date and last 4 digits of my card. Give her and wait another week. No response. Called again and finally get her and she gives me the same run around about exact time. I told her 5:45. She says I need exact time. I mean REALLY! I didn't get a receipt to give me the EXACT time but it was around 5:45 on pump 5 and she has my CC info. I finally just gave up but what an A*** They stole my ten bucks ( not the end of the world but the principle). They lost our business of filling 3 tanks a week and car washes and I'm pumping across the street at the 76 as I write this and the car wash is much better there anyway. Shame on them and Esme should be fired and if she's the owner, shouldn't be in the service industry!

Never come here early morning. Gentlemen locks door and sits inside ignoring you so you cant buy drinks or pay cash for gas. Or he goes in bathroom for 20 minutes at a time. Never fails. I've tried stopping here multiple times a week for a month with the same issues with him. Kid who comes in later is great. Not the older guy though. Station is dirty and frequently has homeless people sitting and laying around property.

I'm not sure what the other reviews are talking about, but the service here is by far the best I've ever seen in gas station, which isn't something you really expect from any gas station. The kid behind the counter (don't know his name, but I'll find out) is incredibly friendly. Every conversation ends with a fist bump, and it just brightens up my day.
