The thumbs up questions are pointless so I have two up, one down. So I don't come off as a jerk, I am a 54 yr Hispanic woman and yes I have a problem with this. What happen to customer service with a smile?? Customer service at all?? Especially, seeing that everywhere you go there are tip jars. TIPS " to insure prompt service". So this is the 2nd gas station Ive been to in two days where not only do I NOT get a hello, how's it going, thank you, or even a look in my face. I dont expect a celebration, high fives but DAMN at least acknowledge me. It is 10am, I walk into Valero and there are 4 woman sitting at the registers, all speaking in Spanish like they are at a knitting group. None of them say hello, look at me, the one just grabbed my things rang them up, didn't say a damn word to me. I paid with card and walked out. No thank you, no nothing. They just kept on talking. RUDE!!!!!!!!

Bought a car wash late at night. Car wash was closed. Went in to ask for a refund, they wouldn't give it to me. Worker refused to give out manager's phone number. So next day I called. Phone number was no longer in service. Googled this station and found 3 different phone numbers. None worked. So I eventually had to chargeback as each time I went there, the person wouldn't refund, wouldn't contact the manager, and didn't know when the manager would next be working.

Worst gas station attendant ever my wifes car broke down on the coddingtown exit was told to wait 90 minutes for a tow so she walked to the Shell on Guerneville rd to use the PUBLIC RESTROOM and was denied I will be seeking compesation !!!

If I could give their customer service a 0 I would. I’ve never been treated so badly. Their car wash broke mid wash. I asked for a refund, not only was I laughed at they refused my refund.

Worst customer service ever , my daughter went here to get gas and a car wash , after her car was inside the car wash , the machine broke and stopped while she was inside . The attendant just stood outside laughing while she blew her horn trying to get someone's attention. It started moving again and she got out . The young incompetent girl behind the counter couldn't figure out how to refund my daughter's money , all the while the attendant from outside still laughing thinking this situation was still funny. Possibly the worst customer service anywhere is working at this station. You'd be better off to try any gas station anywhere else !

"They don't have the key to the bathroom available right now" so I guess the restroom is out of service. come and spend $235 on gas and unable to wash my hands.

It is always a hassle getting air for my tires here. I tried several times then waited for the attendant to find the key. Wish she told me this before I drained the little air I had from my tire. Now I am screwed and have to call AAA.

i come here for the car wash and i like how it used to have the red yellow blue foambrite brushes in the xs2 but it upgraded to the maxx 5 but i still like it but the problem is the gas is kinda expensive and the maxx 5 brushes are very loud when it hits the back of your car if you have a minivan it’s gonna be more loud but a Sudan car it won’t be noisy and when you get the $13 wash it doesn’t give double pass while the $11 does if you come to this car wasg please select the $11 wash if you want your car more clean but I still like it it’s the most awesome car wash in Santa Rosa CA!

I usually go here just to run my car through the car wash. Your 6th car wash is free. However, they have changed from a paper card to a plastic card system to keep track of your car washes. Today, for the second time, their card machine did not accept the card they gave me. I won't be back.

Exchanged my propane tank for a new one at the gas station. When, I got home I hooked up the tank to my Barbecue and when I turn on the knob, I could smell and hear the propane leak near the threaded connection. After, further inspection I found out the seal was defective (cracks on seal). I went back to the store to return the tank and the clerk would not take it back for a replacement. The clerk was on the phone with the Manager(Erika) long story short, she couldn't make up her mine if the item was returnable. I was ask to go back the next day so I could speak with her in person. The manager was on the phone! I don't understand why she couldn't make a simple decision if the item was returnable. Luckily, there are several gas stations to choose from and Shell will not be one of them. Store 121
