Worst gas station attendant ever my wifes car broke down on the coddingtown exit was told to wait 90 minutes for a tow so she walked to the Shell on Guerneville rd to use the PUBLIC RESTROOM and was denied I will be seeking compesation !!!

If I could give their customer service a 0 I would. I’ve never been treated so badly. Their car wash broke mid wash. I asked for a refund, not only was I laughed at they refused my refund.

Worst. Gas Station. Ever. The car wash was broken, and they wouldn't even refund my money. Never going to a Shell station again!
