“After trying out several storage facilities locally, I’ve come to realize this one is set apart. There are many reasons for this, but one major contributor to why I appreciate this location so much is the store manager, Nick. He has excellent customer service skills and goes above and beyond to provide great service. My wife also has a unit here and has experienced the same level of professionalism. This location also has a live in staff- which amplifies security and deters potential issues well. It has always been clean, and I’ve been impressed with the grounds each time I visit. If you’re torn, take it from someone who has used or vetted multiple different storage companies in the area- this is the hidden gem of Santa Rosa.”
“Fair prices. Although the gates are locked, the building doors are often open during the day. I liked this location and the place seemed adequate but I terminated my lease when a rat into my unit and right my feet. This is probably very common at many places, I just no longer really wanted to have a storage unit and had been looking for an excuse to leave I think.”

Set the entire thing up online. It was simple & quick! Even included the lock inside the unit when I got there. The unit was totally clean swept out.
The only issue I had was I having to stop and enter the gate code manually instead of the gate opening remotely via their app. Would totally recommend!!!”

“Reserved our unit online and Jay made the rest of the leasing process super simple and easy for my family and I. Jay showed us around and made sure we could access the gate as well as make sure we knew how to properly lock our unit before leaving. “I have not ever left a storage unit thinking, "I'll be back someday." However, that's exactly what happened. Albeit because the price of an upstairs unit was one third the cost of my former unit. But also, this place is professionally ran, details are all explained to you, very attentive to customer needs and also trustworthy. Im glad to be back.”

“I used this storage to store all my belongings from my apartment for 1 year. The owners are really friendly and helped me choose an appropriate size when I was in between two different ones. Loved the security of the site and how clean the units were. I had my clothes in storage bins, but all my kitchenware in boxes and everything was intact when I moved into my new apartment 1 year later. I had a unit that was inside a corridor with a few other units and my storage was always super clean. Would definitely recommend Storage Master Self Storage!”

Tana movers was very professional, The strong as heck staff moved my 1000lb (no exaggeration) 140 year old piano from the second floor of an equally old victorian to the ground, off to temporary storage did so with so much consideration, respect and care, it was an emotional experience for me, but they had it *completely* handled. I will be calling them again when i need it moved to my new place.... hopefully a single level!!!”

“We recently used Bekins Santa Rosa/Schultz Brothers Van & Storage to move my mother from Santa Rosa, California to an assisted living facility in Washington. This was a difficult move for my mom and Bekins was professional, yet personable and patient throughout. Sandi from Bekins met with us, provided us an accurate quote and contact information in case we had questions or we needed anything in the interim. They provided extra boxes and shipping material when we needed it. They arrived in Washington on time and ready to unload. Josh was especially helpful and patient in unloading and unpacking and paying attention to detail. They were thorough in making sure they had done everything they could and that things were cleaned up before they left. We couldn't have asked for a more pleasant and professional experience.”

“I have been using this storage facility for almost 2 years now and it is fantastic. We have had no issues at any point and the price hasn't changed during this entire time, which is amazing because they were by far the cheapest option we could find at the time. It's very clean, and I love that the smaller units are inside a building, so we haven't had any issues with vermin, etc. The lady who works at the front counter has always been very friendly and accommodating as well. I love her dogs! We are looking to get a larger unit in the near future (we currently have a 5x5), and I will update this review after that experience, but honestly, I have recommended this place to two coworkers and they love it, so I have a feeling it will be a good experience.”
