Today was my first time here and I totally love the quality of their service, they were kind and very professional with the service they provide.
They fixed a bad nail set that I got from another nail salon and the final result was just perfect.

The customer service was unmatched!!!!
Thorough job! Other nail salons do manicures and they rush or don’t clean the cuticle but they did an amazing job and gave a massage.
Offered us free waters were very attentive and patient and I didn’t feel pressured. I will gladly return and am so glad I came :)

The customer service was phenomenal. They did an amazing job all around and I'd be more than happy to come back. They have tons of options for colors styles and types. I'm so so happy with how it turned out. I know it's simple but it's exactly how i wanted it and it makes me smile. I was so pleased to learn they offer jelly nails and the pedicure and manicure was so nice and they offered us free water which was such a nice and thoughtful touch. Very reasonably priced as well!!

I was a customer here for 5 years when Ashley owned it and always had a great experience, but this place has really gone down hill since the new owners recently took over. I tried to give it a chance for 3 appointments with the new owners. They didn't honor the appointment I had made well in advance with Helen, had someone else do my pedicure instead even though I have been with Helen for 5 years and specifically requested her at the time my appointment was made, charged my bank card twice and told me they didn't, sent me away double charged and I had to dispute the charge with my bank and was out extra money from my account that wasn't authorized for a week. They're completely unorganized and scattered. I will unfortunately not be returning and will be finding a new salon in town to give my loyal business to.

I visited this salon with my friend to get our nails done. They had all the numbers for chrome mixed up and would not give her the right color she asked for causing her to leave with plain nails, she was very nice to the artists about it and was content paying for nails she didn't want. When she went to pay they tried to get her to pay twice, saying her first payment would be "refunded at midnight" that night. I'm writing this after the fact, she has not received a refund as they said and they completely tried to scam her by almost forcing her to pay twice. They also asked for her id, and tried to get me to put my name and phone number down when I had already paid for my nails in cash. DO NOT GO HERE!

TERRIBLE SERVICE!! they tried to charge me twice for nails I didn't like, used the wrong chrome twice on my nails to the point where I had to ask them to take it off. when they tried to charge me twice and I said no, because it took the money out of my account and I showed the statement they started to yell at me with other customers in the salon. DO NOT GO HERE. absolutely terrible service.

First time customer... I found them online and I was telling my sister I really want come here and finally did...I got a pedicure today and didn't receive the scrub with the pumice sponge. I spoke up and the manager had told me the lady said she did. (Which I didn't) I only received the massage.. the team members kept on switching around saying that a lady was going to finish the massage for me. I received the sea salt scrub and the treatment after yet again no pumice sponge.(thats my personal favorite) the manager made me feel uncomfortable like I lied. Sweet guy, but all the team members made me feel uncomfortable after the incident.. and towards the end they didn't try on my toes. thank you, but not coming again.

Poor shape, ugliest most expensive nails I've ever received. My nail tech seemed in a hurry and more concerned with her text messages. I think I will start doing my own nails after this experience. So very disappointed.

I made an appt and arrived on time but I had to wait 30 min to get service I watched the man do a lady's pedicure and thought to myself he's doing a great job on her feet if he does mine I'll get a good one but when he finally finished and came over to do mine he rushed it and not only did he not do a good job but he scollded and burned my anckle with a hot stone ouch! when I complained he acted as nothing had happened and no medicine or apology was given instead he frowned and did not even say good bye when I did not give him a tip I will never return I was so disappointed because they have always done a great job also my friends highly recommend this place two weeks later and my anckle still hurts and stingings from the burn

The best nail salon I’ve been too!! I had to go through several different places till I found them. I highly recommend them!!! They don’t rush and do a very thorough job!! The prices are unbeatable!

My mom and I came here for pedicures and they were incredible. I had my pedicure with Lee and he was fantastic! It was truly the best pedicure I have ever had. Their customer service is also great, everyone is so friendly. I highly recommend this place.

Sea Spa does exactly the design you ask for! I asked for a pretty intricate design, and she did it on point!! I also very much appreciate that these people actually care about their customers and the lives of their customers, and it just makes the experience so much more pleasant and personal. I told my nail technician that I was nervous about getting my cuticles pulled (low pain tolerance), and she was very gentle and it didn’t hurt at all. This is also a nail salon that rubs lotion into your hands after the manicure and a nice hot towel afterwards. The whole experience was just great. I could not say one bad thing about it.

Helen is wonderful, super nice and she does a great job on my gel pedicure. I usually jump around from place to place, but once I found Sea Spa Nails I stayed. Polish is even, never chips and stays looking good, even when I get lazy and wait longer than I should, lol. Definitely recommend this place!
