great guys but when they fixed my 1977 Toyota pick up i thought i would be good then less then a month later my truck broke down for the same reason that should have been fixed and now truck is back in shop and i have been out of work for almost a week and until it is fixed i am lossing pay that i cant afford to lose i cant go back to my job until i have my truck fixed i was told the first time that when it was welded it would not break and less then a month later it broke i cant stress the point enough that i need my truck in working order so i dont lose any more time at work 28 hours i have lost so far i cant afford to rent a car and cant afford to have any more time off due to my truck not being on the road but yes the guys are great people they worked with me on making payments but i cant pay them the few 100 bucks i owe them with out working please try to fix the problem asap so i dont loss my job

Great team of knowledgeable and friendly guys running this place. I had premature transmission failure in a 2016 Tundra, and they worked around my schedule to replace it in 1 day! Couldn’t ask for better service.

These guys are pretty cool. The knowledge they have about transmissions. Helpful, and honest. They show you the old parts that are worn and or broken. They take their time to explain what goes on in the transmission. And also help you to keep the price low as possible. One guy who works there has currently working there for 27 years. Such commitment. They work on all kinds of different transmissions from Hydramatic to the new ones today. They work on transmissions from old vehicles.

Just getting around to writing this review work was done over a year ago.Took my truck in for a transmission service cost approximately $330 okay fine if its done right. Afterwards it started showing leakage on my garage floor, and shifting incorrectly, so took it back and they said it was overfilled. So they did not drain and refill to proper levels instead decided to go from underneath the truck in the parking lot and syringe it out or siphon it (I guess) from underneath the vehice,well okay I guess, this took over an hour. But assured me it was better now and sent me on my way. It was never right from then on and was still shifting funny. I chose to take it elsewhere to have it looked at. New guy was able to drain it properly and correctly top it off however was not a transmission repair/diagnostic so recommended a shop in town. The leaking stopped but my transmission was still loose and no makes a clunky noise when I shift. I have yet to take to where I was recommended but I will. The team at SRH was nice enough but I am not happy with how my truck is now. For obvious reasons.will not return.

Just wanted to put a word in for Steve, Brad and the crew. They go the extra mile to make things as easy and pleasant as possible during a difficult time. When the delivery driver failed to deliver the replacement transmission, Steve personally drove to the warehouse in the East Bay to pick it up so that he could get me on the road as promised. I can't Thank them enough for all they did for me. The customer service is excellent!
