Santa Rosa Computers fixed up my custom build PC tower and it's running better than ever. I was charged their minimum fee for repairs (which is a great price) and am happy with their professionalism. My computer was giving me an MBR Error 1 when I tried to turn it on and whenever I tried to change the boot priority in BIOS it kept freezing, but the awesome technician's at this business fixed it up super quick! Only complaint I have is that they let me know it would be 2-3 business days then they'd call me, but I didn't get a call. I waited a few days and I called them 6 business days later asking for an update, and my computer was ready. Overall a great experience and I am satisfied with their repair.

Went to see them for the first time today since moving to the area as I had a mystery issue with my Chromebook for which I was seeking help. I was greeted by the delightful Jackson as soon as I walked in and it took him about 30 seconds to diagnose my problem. While still standing at the counter he continued to talk to me about how exactly I wanted things configured and answered all my questions. This was easily the most pleasant, professional and speedy service I have ever experienced from any IT repair store. This level of customer service with no charges attached is not typical anywhere anymore and I will return with a paying job as well as recommend them strongly to anyone needing this level of help, which when you have a non-functioning device, is everyone! Thank you, Jackson and Santa Rosa Computers!

When I find my computer-skills exhausted, I unplug my pc and bring it to this company. Reasonably priced service, and many odds and ends of drives, connectors and components you might want. We have nothing but great things to report.

Santa Rosa Computers cleaned up my old laptop, got me an antivirus, downloaded the new software, my laptop is new again! Thank you for fixing our computer for $90. It works like NEW. Great deals on printers! I am coming back.

My highest recommendation for Santa Rosa Computers!! Recommended to me by Best Buy (interesting and very confirming), I hustled over late yesterday when my laptop went suddenly and mysteriously dark and I couldn't revive. I pulled into the parking lot a few minutes past 5pm, door was locked, but Thomas (technician) was heading to his car and said "how can I help?" I explained the situation, he took notes, and said "let me take this now and I'll work on it first thing tomorrow." His kind and calm nature was what I needed more than anything. (Like many people, my laptop is my livelihood.) He called me this morning with a plan in place and I had my laptop in hand (and improved!) by noon. Truly...that is competence and customer service at its best. Bravo and much gratitude to Thomas!!

These guys have one of them difficult and important jobs on the planet. Try to do some research before you go in so that you can't have an intelligent conversation with these people and you are sure to find what you need. I don't know of anyone else who comes close to doing what they do in the area.
