Santa Rosa Auto Body is the BEST place to go to if you need any auto body repair. A lady hit my brand new car because she was on her phone and not paying attention. Santa Rosa Auto Body fixed my car to look like new and they did it in such a quick amount of time I was genuinely surprised.

I went in with a simple question. I waited patiently for the woman to get off the phone. Once she got off the phone, I asked her my question and then she gave me a very brief and incomplete answer. Her phone rang again, and she answered and continued to talk with another customer on the phone, while I just stood there. There was no one else in the lobby but me, and I eventually left because she just stayed on the phone. One of the worst, rude and useless customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Patrick and his team have worked on my cars over the last 10 years. I have taken my cars here for multiple different reasons and they always come back looking better than they did before they were damaged. They truly take their time and pay attention to detail. Patrick is also super kind and honest. I will always bring my cars here in the future and appreciate all their work.

Waited about 10 days for an appointment and when I arrived no one inside was wearing a mask and they wouldn't put them on. The mechanics coming in and out of the office/waiting area didn't wear masks either. They didn't have me down as having an appointment. Then they asked me to come back because it was raining. I came here because they've got great reviews, but it was a waste of time and an unpleasant experience. If you can go to another shop, I'd recommend avoiding this one. They did fix my car in the end, but with 350,000 Americans and counting dead from Covid, not wearing a mask is not optional. They need to do better.
