We were searching for the perfect dress for our daughter’s prom, and she had a specific color and unique style in mind. Finding a dress that fit her large chest was challenging, but at Sandra’s Alterations & Design, we found several great options. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Please note - they only alter dresses purchased in their store. They’re probably labeled incorrectly in Google as they don’t alter anything else (also not at all accommodating when I requested other options). I should have read the reviews first as their listing doesn’t state those limitations

Sandra's was absolutely amazing! Beautiful dresses, amazing selection (via tons of catalogs) with reasonable prices. The entire team at Sandra's is so helpful and sweet. From help in finding the perfect dress in the perfect size, to the gorgeous (and absolutely affordable) alterations... they will take care of you! horrible experience!!! i went in with my sister for alteration appointment which we made with the owners daughter which the owner didn’t know, the lack of communication between that whole store was ridiculous. we didn’t realize that the store was in the mall (which is fine we just had a few questions) such as policy if something happens to the dress while in the store. the owner was extremely rude!!! i will never go back again!!!!!

Amazing service! Lovely mother and daughter team! I was in a pinch and needed a dress altered the same day that I had purchased it. They squeezed me in and made it work and it just was so lovely to meet them and they did a really good job. I would highly recommend them for any alterations!

I recently brought a dress in that needed minor alterations for an upcoming event. In the process of working with Sandra on my dress I found I had both a negative and a positive experience.To start on a positive note, I found the location and hours of operation worked well with my work schedule. The young woman/assistant who works in store was also pleasant to work with and helpful with coordinating time for me drop off the dress and have measurements done.My negative experience came from the seamstress who worked on my dress. When I first came in for my measurements I was a little thrown off by the cold attitude of the seamstress while taking my measurements. I brushed off my inital interaction with her as a possibility that she was having a bad day until I experienced this cold attitude from her again when picking up my dress. Both times I interacted with her she barely acknowledged my presence in the shop. Didn't say hello and didn't directly address me, just her assistant.When my dress was finally done a week later I went in for pick up and I tried on my altered dress. I noticed obvious and noticeable flaws in the stitching. I kindly asked to have the stitching fixed before I left. The seamstress again didn't acknowledge my presence or speak to me directly about the stitching just the young woman at the register. Eventually, she made the requested alterations on the spot and I took the dress home.I ended up finding more flaws in the stitching once I got home but these were minor and In my opinion not a reason to bring the dress back to the shop.To sum up my experience, for the price point of my service I would have appreciated more attention to detail and kinder customer service from the seamstress.

Sandra’s did alterations on my wedding dress & they came out perfect! Excellent communication, great price, and even better turn around time. I was nervous trusting someone with a task so important like a wedding dress but it was an amazing experience!

I use their services for a bridesmaid dress that I brought outside their store. And within a week it was complete! Wonderful work. I went back in the other day for another outside dress to be altered, but was informed that they no longer alter dresses that aren't purchased within their store. Unfortunate, but I love the dresses in their shop and their alterations are wonderful. Recommend for in-house alterations.Services: Alterations

Payed $75 for a dress for my daughter for her birthday. Ended up having her wear it on Christmas and let me say, I am shocked by the quality and the way this dress looks. So far I rate this store a 10/10 definitely reocmmend shopping here for dresses for special events. Yes it is expensive and yes my daughter might only wear it once but at least she rocked the dress and was happy. Feeling like a princess. Thank you Sandra’s altercations and designs ♥️ thank you for the customer service, great employees that actually care about their customers.
