Just witnessed the must disgusting vile thing and I still can’t believe it actually happened ?
While checking out today Larry the cashier accidentally popped open the little fruit bowl when he scanned it . okay big deal right accidents happen go have the customer exchange it out but nope he didn’t do that he proceeded to grab the watermelon off the COUNTER!!with his BAREHANDS!!! puts it back in the container and just hands it to the customer and tells him “it happens sometimes “ . Are serious poor guy didn’t even know what to do or say he just took it and put it in his cart, let’s not forget to mention he was trying to speak Spanish to the customer who was clearly Asian .Safeway do better ?♂️

All fruit here is getting worse, dry mealy spongy Mellons, the last 30+ mangoes have been hard on the outside and brown mushy insides, plain rotten, apples are generally 3 to 5 year's old, there covered with so.e type of wax and flash frozen, soft spongy apples bright on the outside brown and bad spots on the inside, And lastly the moment I crossed the threshold of the store I picked up 2 tails, I don't sample grapes in safeway or any other store because it is stealing to me. So these buffoons are so focused on me they didn't even notice the 2 drugies stuffing several hundred dollars worth of steaks into there backpacks , normally I'd say something but the irony I couldn't help but chuckle. I actually left safeway after paying for everything I got with a smile. Ahh the little victorys in life!

What a great store! Everything was so clean and organized, and the selections were out of this world. Everyone we interacted with was very friendly and helpful it was like being back in Texas! (except for the prices, of course) the meat and seafood counter was clean and well organized. The food seemed very fresh. The two staff members cleaning the butcher shop area we're doing a very thorough job and helped us make our selections promptly and with a great attitude! Alan (I think) at the counter was great. David at the checkstand was wonderful too! we will definitely make this our home store for the next 4 months while we're in town...

This location is usually less crowded than other Safeway's. It's clean and is located near other good shopping. The staff is friendly and helpful. It's my favourite Safeway to shop at.

I waited over 1 hour for the $5.00 fish special. While waiting I wanted $2.99 special chicken breast in the Butcher case. It must of inconvenienced the Butch because he said to get it out of the prepackaged area. But that was almost $2.00 a pound more! I wanted six small skinless chicken breast from the case. Finally he packaged up what I asked for but I could tell he was not happy. Why! I have always shopped at this store. After 45 min of shopping I went back for the fish. Still not ready. At check out Mark brought the fish. I took it home only to find it was just warm and frozen in the middle. I give up! You had only two lanes open and people waiting up the isles to check out. It should not take over an hour to buy a few items. Yes the Deli had only one person working and no back up to refresh the fish. You need to plan ahead especially on a Friday at 4:00. What happened to customer service!

Collin what did I do to deserve this. You just hate me and refuse to give me more than one bag for all of my groceries. Don't worry I will pay an extra 10 cents I don't know who hurt you but I can't fit all my ingredients for life in one bag

Wonderful customer service but what I don’t understand is if the customer is paying for the bags at checkout why the checkers continuously want to stuff EVERYTHING into one bag and refuse to give me more bags. They are literally ripped before I can get out of the store.

I've lived across the street from this safeway for the entirety of my 20 year old life. When I need to go shopping for grocery's I go to another grocer halfway across town because this Safeway is the worst Safeway I've been into. I've never been greeted inside or outside the store, self checkout is constantly not working and it seems as if they're understaffed based on the amount of cashiers they have working. This Safeway has about 70% of their products on a consistent basis, you will almost never go there and find any popular items in any department other than meat. As a former Safeway Bakery manager in Sonoma county this store has has consistently disappointed anyone I know who has shopped here. This has been going on for at least 3 years now, this was the grocery store i would shop at every week with my dad and now we both have almost completely stopped stopping in.
