Eduardo was very nice and fast. He made sure that all the parts were correct. And he cleaned up everything.

I was sent to Safelite for an insurance claim to repair my windshield. The staff were very friendly and courteous, the lobby was clean, and there were many perks while you wait--including water bowls for your pets! I was disappointed that I got up at 7:15am on my day off, arranged rides to and from, and after only being home for an hour they called and said the wrong windshield was ordered. I had to get a ride back and make a second appointment. I was visibly frustrated when I arrived and asked, if for their mistake, they could assist with a ride during my weekday appointment--the answer was no. HOWEVER, when I arrived to pick up my vehicle I was greeted with the same friendly and courteous customer service, and was told they were giving me free windshield wipers for their mistake. I thanked them and explained my previous frustrated demeanor was due to their unwillingness to make it right. We all make mistakes, not on purpose, but we need to always try and make it right. I would highly recommend Safelite!

This place is worthless. I was sent there by my insurance. I have a a policy to get original glass put on my car. I was called in twice and told to bring my car in the next day at 7:00 am. The first time I was told the windshield had not arrived. The second time I asked 3 times if windshield would be there "for sure." Three times I was told "Yes. It will be here. It's on the truck being delivered." The next morning I arrived at 6:45 (it's a 45-minute drive), waited 15 minutes until the shop opened, and then was told "Sorry. It's not here." I looked at the guy and he just shrugged like it was no big deal. So I called the company headquarters in Ohio and got ahold of a man who said he was the VP of customer service. He said he would email the district manager. I never heard back from them again. NOT A GOOD BUSINESS MODEL, SAFELITE!!!!

Took my car in to have the chips repaired. Alberto pointed out there were more than four chips in the windshield and recommended full replacement. He ordered the windshield and set an appointment in two days. Took the vehicle in, the windshield was installed, paid the deductible, and drove away with new windshield. All good!

Do NOT use this location. They have wasted hours of my time, didn't install my windshield properly, also didn't initially calibrate it properly which required me over an hour of additional driving. The windshield leaks air so when driving it's loud. I had a heat deflection film installed after install and they will not replace that when it's their issue for not installing correctly. So I'm out an additional $300 for their mistake. This is the second time I've had issues with safe light at different locations. I regret having them work on my Land Rover Defender

My husband had the windshield replaced today. He went in early because we had an appointment. They replaced the windshield wipers too. We recommend this business.

Scheduled an appointment window from noon to 5pm. At 6pm tech said he was on his way but never showed up. I would give negative stars but Google doesn’t allow that. Complete time suck. I recommend you drop your car off at a body shop or dealership. At least that way you won’t have to wait on technicians that won’t show up.

Had the absolute worse experience working with SafeliteReally long story short, I tried to change my windshield with Safelite and after almost two months, and multiple literal last minute day-of-appointment cancellations by Safelite, my windshield still hasn't been replaced. On my last appointment, I literally called the day prior to confirm everything and to make sure my appointment is still a go, and guess what? Safelite called me day-of-my-appointment to cancel my appointment...AGAIN. and this is extremely frustrating because I literally have to rearrange my whole life to accommodate these appointments that Safelite doesn't honor.Seriously - changing a windshield shouldn't be hard. I've gotten in an accident before and had my car fixed in a week. Meanwhile, I've spent almost two months trying to change my windshield with Safelite. Ridiculous. This experience has been so frustrating that I ultimately decided not to change my windshield with them anymore. Because even if they tell me my windshield has been ordered, that they've received it, and everything is good - something is going to happen last minute that makes it not good.First two or even three cancellations - I understand. Things happen. But after four plus cancellations and a month and a half, it's not "things happen" anymore. It's a problem with Safelite's process and procedures.Oh and I forgot to mention that Safelite attempted to install a non-OEM glass during the one and only appointment they actually honored and showed up for. Which is frustrating too. All glasses they install should be OEM. And if they want to try to cut costs and save money by ordering a non-OEM windshield, they should ask the customer if it's ok. Not make the decision for the customer potentially causing the customer inconveniences in the future when all sensors on the windshield isn't working correctly because the glass isn't OEMJust a horrible, horrible experience with Safelite.

Although I was a little frustrated trying to get ahold of the office prior to arriving for my appointment, I felt the windshield replacement was installed professionally. David the installer was great, he should get a promotion!

I haven't used yelp in over 3 years, and my experience with Safelite was so bad that I felt the need to share it on Yelp so people don't make same mistake I did when I chose Safelite.Really long story short, I tried to change my windshield with Safelite and after almost two months, and multiple literal last minute day-of-appointment cancellations by Safelite, my windshield still hasn't been replaced. I had several very large chips in my windshield that needed repair. My AAA insurance directed me to Safelite and our technician Malisa did a wonderful job! I thought the entire windshield would need to be replaced, but she repaired each chip to the point where they're almost invisible. The whole process was painless and easy. Booking was simple, the appointment reminders were a bit excessive, but thorough, and the appointment was quick. The lobby was clean and tidy with plenty of seating and a coffee maker (always a plus). Customer service was great. Very impressed with the whole process! Highly recommend.

Unfortunately, I have to leave a negative review… I drove almost 100 miles today to have my windshield replaced only to get a phone call 20 minutes after I dropped my car off telling me that they were scratches on the new window that had not been inspected before I purposely drove all the way to them. So now I am driving 100 miles back wasting all of this gas and a whole day all simply because they couldn’t inspect the glass before I made the trip. The clerk also suggested that had the scratches been on the drivers side… it would have been “okay”. I’m sorry that’s just offensive.Absolutely not going to re-book an appointment here!

Safelite Auto did a great job replacing my windshield. It cracked after a week, and replaced it for free the second time. They warranty their work, and have friendly staff.
