I worked with Sadler for many years on my commercial property insurance coverage, with no issues. However, this past year they allowed my insurance to cancel my coverage without informing me, only notified me 5 months after-the-fact, and never provided any explanation, recourse or options. It took constant prodding and multiple requests to even get the minimal information regarding how those could possibly have happened weeks after I learned about the matter on top of the 5 months during which I had no indication of a problem , and I have had to go elsewhere to get coverage. It might have been handled in a worse fashion, but it would not have taken much to achieve that bar.

Vince knows what he is doing in this really complicated CA market. I have been a customer for years as a renter and auto policy but now just buying a home he was able to find me quick coverage and worked with my lender to get everything in so seamlessly. He always looks out for those gaps in coverages that a lot of other insurance folks leave out to undercut prices. I am a customer for life!!

I feel fortunate to have found the insurance power couple, Vince and RaLinda Ginocchio, at Sadler & Co. Vince volunteered to take a look at my homeowners policy. He spotted a big gap in coverage that my previous broker had missed. I asked him to take over the account. Then he guided me through the various options (CEA is not your only choice!) for earthquake insurance and found me a policy that really suits my needs.In the meantime, I asked RaLinda for help with my business insurance. My business service is really unusual, and therefore more challenging to find the right coverage for. RaLinda worked with the underwriters to adjust the exclusions to ensure that I am covered for my most likely risk.They are both so pleasant to work with, knowledgeable, and dependable.

RaLinda and her amazing team are incredibly responsive, respectful, and proactive in solving my company's problems. We do a lot of interstate trucking, and there isn't a problem we have that they can't solve. I love working with them, and look forward to expanding our operations with Sadler and Co. keeping a sharp eye on our safety and success!

Left me with a feeling of being rude and uncaring. A colleague of mine even had a worse experience. Guess the owner doesn't really care if he gets your business or not. And apparently when he does, he's non responsive and unhelpful.

HORRIBLE communication from representatives, extremely misleading. Feels like one big scam. When needing to change our team name for legal reasons they basically said we are out of luck and our money went down the drain after leaving us in the dark chasing answers for two weeks. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! May as well flush your $125 down the toilet.

RaLinda and team are so knowledgeable, thoughtful, proactive, and responsive. They have saved my bacon so many times - we run a trucking company with a ton of tricky additional requirements, and they have always provided us with best, most cost-effective solutions to our problems. Truly professional and very helpful. And really nice people. Saved me a lot of money after we were with Farmer's for 30 years and their rates were getting unaffordable. We now have better coverage with cheaper rates.
