Called everywhere in Santa Rosa for a last minute alteration which just consisted of suit pant bottoms and I needed the pants back the next day. Everywhere I called told me they couldn’t do it. When I called Royal Cleaners, I was told they could do it and I had my pants back hours before I needed them… AND the work was excellent. Great customer service and pricing even for a rush job. Highly recommend!

She overcharged for a hem after closing early without telling any customers. I’d been told I could pick up Wednesday, and showed up Wednesday by 4. She’d closed early due to warm weather and no AC. Ok fine. I called, told her I couldn’t pick up until 4 because of work, and she said she’d close early the next day if it got warm. Sent my partner the next day to pick it up, and there was AC running. Not sure why she told people there was no AC and closed early, leaving customers in a bind

They have good dry cleaning and alteration services. They also have a VERY strict policy that all orders must be picked up in 30 days. Normally this wouldn’t be an issue for me but I had some things come up that I was out of town for that prevented me from my usual pick up. They have called me 3 times telling me they are going to donate my items if I don’t pick them up. I was able to negotiate for a pick up the day I get back to town which is one day after their 30 day cut off. I was told if I miss it my items will be donated and they are extremely firm in this rule.
