Carla was the worst manager I experienced at the Ross on Sebastopol Rd and Stony Point ....she allowed 2 gentlemen cut the line when there was about 20 other people already standing in line. When myself and someone else in line said something she said "oh well not my fault". No wonder this store is always a disaster obviously you have people working like Carla that don't care about the place or people.

I went into the dressing room and I understand policies but there was this very rude to me and almost rushing me, I've only shopped online to avoid rudeness and smug faces, I also was hearing her speak to someone about how I'm "taking forever and she's not even gonna look good in any of this stuff" I got out gave the clothes back and relt very insecure the rest of the night ...... I was just shopping for jeans and cute tshirts for spring

I have been shopping in this store for a long time and I am always dressed in formal clothes today I went with work clothes and they thought I was stealing they searched some pillows I was wearing I felt bad why only because I was wearing work clothes they judge you that you are a thief because I didn't buy anything and I won't go again
