I have seen 5+ taxi drivers in simile Lincoln’s in the past months run red lights (mostly when the intersection is completely empty but they don’t want to wait at the light)Today I witnessed one driver miliciously driving in 101 south. I kept my distance for that reason but when I got behind him to get one more lane over to exit, he break checked me and then when I dodged him he swerved and almost clipped the back of my work van.I called to advise the supervisor or owner that this isn’t right but they gave 0 cares. Matching the amount of stars their business deserves.I wouldn’t trust these guys to even drive my food around yet alone people.Try a different taxi company I’m sure you’ll be happier.

Doesn't answer the phone. Then, I see a unit of their's @ gas station nearby from where I had called.Find this, unprofessional.

Supposedly available 24 hours on Friday and Saturday, but called for a cab at 11:45 on a Friday night and the robot that answered said they're closed. The inconsistency is terrible. Bob's Taxi has become my go to.

My kid was testing at the school on the same property I went for a walk while I waiting some woman or driver who was sitting on a bumper of a truck started hollering at me telling me to mind my own business saying I was being nosy if thats one your workers then thats way unprofessional doing on the same property as a school? I hope you get shut down one day I will never use your service if I ever needed a taxi I'd rather walk then call you all.

Typical horrible taxi ride cliche. Driver asking me what direction to go to get to the destination. "Such and such might be closer" baiting me to choose a long route, testing to see if they could take me for a ride. Just use Google maps or ways, whatever will give you best route and real-time traffic. Asking the rider is a driver looking to scam the rider. Rarely will I give a bad review, but they certainly deserve it.

They charged us $62 prior to picking us up. They told us 45 minutes. It's was an hour an a half. We were out in the rain for over an hour. This is a complete scam

FANTASTIC service! When others would not show up I called Redwood Taxi and was greeted be a very friendly dispatcher who took down a reservation going to the local airport. Called this morning and confirmed my pick up. The driver showed up early and helped load/unload luggage. The driver was very friendly and it was a pleasure to chat with him during my ride. The vehicle was a very nice Lincoln sedan with lots of room in the back seat. Will definitely be recommending this service to every person and business I know that use taxi. Hope to ride with this company again soon! Need a cab? Give these guys a call!
