I wish I could give this gym more than five stars! The staff and owner are super friendly and welcoming. The gym is very clean & organized. They've got a ton of awesome equipment... it's a lifter's paradise! Plus, they have a wide variety of cardio equipment and offer great classes as well. As someone who used to work at a gym and has belonged to numerous gyms all over northern and Southern California, this is one of the best gyms I've ever been a member at. I highly recommend this gym!

Great gym. Clean, well organised and a good number of machines.Came here a couple of times when I visited town and they were super friendly and obliging. If you’re looking for a gym in Santa Rosa can’t recommend more highly.

Such an excellent facility. This gym leaves very little to be desired. I stopped in for a day pass and was greeted in a very friendly fashion. I paid a very reasonable $20 for access to the gym and enjoyed the wide variety of machines today. I typically use free weights as I travel often so I keep the programming simple, but I had a lot of fun trying everything out. All the equipment is new and functional, the floor space is ample and they’ve got THREE (!) hip thrust machines. I enjoyed my sauna and shower after the workout and the lighting in the locker room is excellent for admiring the gains.

Heard about this place and went to check it out and to be honest this place is not very professional. This gym is filled with very immature people (despite their age) which feels like high school all over again. The staff are never welcoming, the place is nasty and not sanitary. The equipments are pretty decent but they're all squished up in a small space. Overall, not a good experience here, save yourself from drama and save your money and get a membership elsewhere.

I am only visiting in town, and this is such a great gym, I am sad this is not my gym back home.This is an amazing variety of equipment, a lot of stuff you see rarely they have multiple of. Hack squat machines of different inclines, two reverse hyper machines, etc. Latest cyber arc trainers, which are also a relative rarity.It was a great crowd on Saturday morning, people briskly working through their routine, working out hard, and chatting with other regulars. It was a really energizing environment.

Equipment is ok. Gym-goers here don't wipe anything down and that's pretty nasty. No self-serve spray bottles or towels near the front, just a few bottles with single ply paper at certain fixed stations, so nobody uses them.Every single hand sanitizer dispenser was empty last I tried to sanitize before leaving.

This is a great gym if you're thinking about canceling your membership at 24 or crunch, I usually in the morning and it's not packed. The equipment is nice, the environment and energy is 5 stars. The bathrooms definitely need improvement but I'm sure the owner is working on it. way better than my old gym for sure.

100 % worth it !! ?????I go to this gym no because it is cheap, which is not cheap, but the inveroment that this place offers is unique compared to a crunch fitness or a 24 fitness. The owner is great and is constantly trying to improve his gym. The number of machines to work out different parts of the body is ridiculous. Even on a rush pick, you will be able to find a machine to work out the part of the nody you want that day.

Trainers don't follow through with appointments, field Manger doesn't return calls. It's ok if they break the contract but I'm stuck with paid sessions that I'm not interested in anymore because aforementioned.Don't waste your money.Until they make it right, refund my money... I will continue to voice my experiences.I moved out of area, and they still won't refund my money...Nearly 700.00.They won't even give me a copy of the contract.So disappointed.BTW this is an Oregon review, lane county

I have been in this place since they opened because I was a customer before with the other owners and the truth is that today there is a lot of difference I am disappointed the steam bath has not been working for more than two months and even so I waited yesterday Sunday I called to ask if it was already working and they said yes but I couldn't go I went today and asked the same thing if it already worked and I asked them to speak to Adrián as I understand one of the owners and he told me yes but it was a lie it doesn't work and the truth is I have paid three months for something that doesn't work and it's not right, so I went out and asked to cancel my membership and I asked them to refund me for the current month that they charged me because it really doesn't work, to which Adrián told me that he would not refund me anything, I told him that he understand that he had already paid two months for a service that does not work and that I accept losing the two months but that he return it to me that he be honest and understand that it is not working, to which he told me and I accept that it is not working because they ordered again the account machine and he said that he would not return my money because they had already charged it and he was not there to be honest, which is not fair to me because all this time I have paid they are the ones who have failed and I told him that they They lied to people saying that they serve the things for which one pays and it is not true I told him that I would take it to small business claims and he told me take me wherever you want and do what you want but I will not give you anything and he is the truth What a disappointment that they steal your money like this when they know that they are the ones who have failedEstoy en este lugar desde que abrieron porque yo era cliente antes con los otros dueños y la verdad hoy hay mucha diferencia estoy decepcionado el baño de vapor no funciona desde hace más de dos meses y aun así me Esperé ayer domingo llamé para preguntar si ya funcionaba y me dijeron que sí pero no pude ir fui hoy y pregunté lo mismo si ya funcionaba y les pedí que hablaran con Adrián según tengo entendido uno de los dueños y me dijo que si pero era mentira no funciona y la verdad he pagado tres meses por algo que no funciona y no esta bien, entonces salí y pedi cancelar mi membresia y les pedi que me devolvieran el dinero por el mes actual que me cobraron porque realmente no funciona, a lo que Adrián me dijo que no me devolvería nada, le dije que entendiera que ya había pagado dos meses por un servicio que no funciona y que acepto perder los dos meses pero que este me lo devuelva que sea honesto y entienda que no esta funcionando, a lo cual me dijo y acepto que no esta funcionando porque ordenaron nuevamente la maquina de cuenta y el dijo k no me devolvía el dinero porque ya lo habían cobrado y no estaba para ser honesto, lo cual no es justo para mí porque todo este tiempo he pagado ellos son los que han fallado y le dije que ellos mentían a la gente diciendo que sirven las cosas por las que uno paga y no es verdad yo le dije que lo llevaría a reclamos de pequeña empresa y me dijo llévame a donde quieras y haz lo que quieras pero no te doy nada y el la verdad que decepcion que te roben el dinero asi cuando ellos saben que los que han fallado son ellos

Place is great , I’ve been going here for a couple of months and I love it. The staff is nice and welcoming and make me feel amazing when i’m going in for my workout, this gym has so much equipment you never have to sit around and wait again. On top of that the gym is super clean and high maintenance they always make sure everything is clean.It’s important for me As female i feel safe and comfortable working around the environment, Definitely worth signing up.
