Today I was doing my typical routine and I had a ninebot which is a scooter and some old guy yelled at me about leaving out side like sir I’m not doing that can I get my chips and leave and he said no and to leave it at the back and I didn’t like his attitude with me I had to leave a review because it was round and I am a paying customer and you don’t treat anybody like that.

No prices on ANY product. Everything is double sometimes triple price, $20 for coffee creamer and small coffee grounds is beyond ridiculous. Plus they charge your debit extra dollar without telling you. City of Santa Rosa needs to investigate this Gouge

I called to see if they carried mayonnaise and the man that picked up got mad at me and told me to come look for myself because he was busy. Horrible experience, and it was just a 10 second phone call as he then hung up on me.

A senior male employee demonstrated dishonest behavior by charging an excessive amount of "tax" without providing a receipt. When I inquired about the total cost of three sodas, he responded in a discourteous manner, stating that I could either purchase the beverages or leave the establishment.

ever since the lazzini family sold this place it has gone down hill. deli is not what it used to be. prices jumped and now that they sell hard alcohol the customer base has changed

The quarter machines by the front door ate my change. Clerk said they didn't belong to him so he refused to reimburse my 50¢ . Guess he won't mind if I hit it with a hammer and get my change back.
