I just got home from my haircut done by Shelly. I gave her a picture of the basic cut I was looking for and asked for her to basically use her judgement to make the cut look best on me. She explained what she was doing and asked for my input throughout the cut to make sure I was going to be happy with the final result. She also gave me some great styling tips, which I haven't gotten from other salons I've gone to. One very important thing to know is that Shelly only takes cash or checks. The salon works only with hair. There are many long-term clients for the 5 stylists. Both men and women leave with current cuts that fit that person's look. Contrary to this shop's name"Rascals", all ages can make appointments.

This place is fantastic - Craig gave my 4 year-old son an excellent haircut and was so good with him. Great Covid precautions, as well - very clean and everyone was wearing masks. I highly recommend it and will definitely plan to be back next time I'm in town.

Calling around Santa Rosa trying to find a top class hair stylist to lop off my two year poly tail in favor of a shorter euro style cut. Craig, the owner was the only shop that actually answered the phone. He was able to squeeze me in within an hour of my call. Once there, he studied my style photos of German 1940s singer Max Raabe and thoughtfully spent a good 20 minutes consulting and confirming how it would work on me and how he would proceed. He then executed the style perfectly. Cost was quite reasonable for this level of personal attention, informed artistic insight and meticulous technique. A++++++++++++++

Craig Woodworth is the owner and had been my barber for over 40 years. Craig does a super job and many of his clients have been with him for many years. That is quite a tribute!!! He has a very classy salon and is an amazing stylist.

I have going to Cindy for years. She always listens to what I want, and checks in with me throughout the process. She genuinely cares about my happiness with the finished product. She is a fantastic colorist. I had her do my hair, and the hair for my bridesmaids at my wedding. She made a stressful day easier. I always feel more beautiful when she's done! Highly recommend her.
