I worked with Rapid Express Courier Systems team Santa Rosa office for a work related need. The coordination and communication, even being out of state from me, was a very easy and simple process. The team quickly accepted my call, quoted the pricing by phone, and I was able to schedule for next day accordingly. They confirmed pick up time and delivery time. Our business very infrequently uses courier services here locally, but with staff continuing to work from home that need seems to be increasing. Recently I had an urgent short notice need for one box to be delivered from our business address to a residential address about 30 miles away. Rapid Express quickly responded in a few minutes and with no muss or fuss our package was taken care of quickly and professionally. My invoice was sent to me via email the next day. It's great to add a new trusted delivery service to our list.

I use Rapid Express Courier Service relatively often to deliver business documents. They always follow instructions clearly and can get a print-and-deliver job done reliably and on short notice. Very easy to work and communicate with.

Had the best experience from rapid Exspress with Anthony Ruiz. Not only did he service my car very good but he also recommended me too full service membership too visit more often and save more money in the long run. :) very pleased!!!

Horrible. No accountability for their drivers, failed to follow instructions and refused to wear masks.UPDATE/ELABORATION: No, I don’t have the wrong business. On 03/02/21 I used this company to deliver a package to Davis. The driver failed to follow delivery instructions and left the package at a Starbucks. Luckily the manager held onto it and I was able to recover it. The driver reportedly was aggressive and refused to wear a mask in the store. The icing on the cake was that the package was delivered hour late, and the company refused to communicate or respond to inquiries.

No delivery no response. We requested services from Rapid weeks ago. We have heard nothing. We called several times. No one calls back. No one seems to be in charge. We will not be using these people in the future.
