By far the best body shop in Sonoma county. I took my 2024 Ram here after getting some damage to the front end of my truck. I took my truck in and after dealing with insurance they started the work. There were a few hiccups on the first pick up. But Randy assured me they would make things right once I bring the truck back for the rest of the insurance work. After the second pick up my truck looks amazing. Better than the day I bought it. No witness marks or anything and the paint looks incredible. They’ve earned themselves a life time customer! If you need your car repaired look no where else. I’ve dealt with several body shops in Sonoma county. Randy and his team is hands down the best and most honest shop to deal with.

Place bunch of liars had me bring my car wrote me a correct estimate for my cars damage then when I decide to repair my car at a later time they flipped on me and told insurance nothings damaged so they don’t honor my claim but when my car was parked there they get the check for 14k what a joke

My well loved 22 year old Honda was in desperate need of a freshen up. Randy Hanson came recommended by family so I gave them a call.
I was a self pay and from the 1st call my situation was respected and was tailored to make it work.
Lexi put together a fair and comprehensive estimate and even with a small add on come in budget and on time.
Shania (I hope I spelt that right) made me feel right at home and offered great genuine service and interest in my job.
These 2 both went above and beyond in helping me navigate this experience. I was so grateful.
Everyone I interacted with was pleasant and easy to deal with, even the yard dog was nice :)
Happy to recommend this shop’s service anytime and I will be back if touch ups are ever needed!

These guys are great! The office staff, Lexi, Shania are awesome and their customer service is top-notch. Hunter, one of the workers, is great at picking up customers as needed.
Family owned and operated, Randy Hansen, needs a team of top-notch mechanics whom all have great customer service skills.

Customer service, attention to detail, five stars across the board. My car looks amazing even though it was a difficult paint job in bright yellow. I couldn't be happier. Make this your go to place for auto body repair, you'll be absolutely thrilled.

If you need your car repaired in Santa Rosa RANDY HANSON AUTO BODY is the place to go. From start to finish Lexi took me through step by step, clearly, respectfully and responsive to me and all my questions and concerns. The end result was GREAT. I was crushed when I found someone had badly damaged the RF corner of my Chrysler 300s while it was parked.
I've known Randy for years because my daughter and his wife have been friends since school, but I have never needed body or paint work before and I was concerned about paint match and if my baby would ever be the same again.
Upon arrival, I was greeted by a young lady (Shyniah) who it turns out was also the estimator. She quickly assessed the damage and got all of my insurance information. She said she would get all the parts on order and let me know when they were in.
A few days later I was contacted and a drop off day was set.
When I arrived I was given a nice C250 mercedes to use while my vehicle was in the shop.
Then came a little scare. I received a call that the painter was not happy with the color match, which is what I had feared all along.
I should have known better. When I finally picked my vehicle up, it was fully detailed inside and out and the paint match was perfect.
Results like this don't just happen. They happen when management hires and inspires their employees to do their best and everyone I dealt with did exactly that.
Thanks to Randy and his great crew for a job well done.

11/17/2023 We can't say enough about this amazing Body Shop. They brought our Son's Truck back to life after hitting the divider on a highway after we were told it couldn't be salvaged. Take a look at the photo and it looks brand new. Customer Service was stellar. Please spread the word - support this local amazing business. Thank you again Randy!!!!
