Raphael is an intelligent, competent and kind phlebotomist at Quest. I highly recommend her.

I had an appointment and clicked the link in the text message to check in. However, my name never showed up on the monitor in the waiting room. I waited for 10 minutes not knowing if I was checked in. Someone walked in, checked in on the tablet and was almost immediately taken back. I tried checking in on the tablet and it said that I was 10 minutes late and had to reschedule. I waited until I saw a worker and asked about my appointment. She said if I checked in my name would be on the monitor. 10 minutes later (20 minutes after my scheduled appointment!), a worker called me back, asked my name, and took my blood. That worker was very personable and did a great job.

There's nobody to help people that are not computer and app savvy. Was trying to help a older Spanish lady who had an appointment time before me. Went to tell one of the lab people and was rudely told by a Spanish speaking lab assistant to go back out to the waiting room and someone would be out. Quest Supervisor needs to still check or put a button so they are aware someone needs assistance.

They no longer accept samples without an appointment, so don't believe anything you hear about just being able to drop off prepared samples.

Small and very overcrowded waiting room. We had to sit on a bench outside.
ALSO! It has been 3 days & my doc STILL does not have lab results! Ridiculous!

Way understaffed for the amount of people served. African girl that took blood did a great job.

I was very happy with the person who performed my venipuncture. She was well informed, and very helpful. I would like to suggest that you have masks at the door entrance. I had a mask, many didn't and there were people coughing a lot in line, spreading germs, I'm sure. I love your clinic.

I should have left as soon as I saw the receptionist was a computer screen. Nobody to tell you anything. If you don't have an appointment, don't waist your time. Their standby is not between apps. It's if someone misses their Appt. I'll try a different lab next time....

I loved my phlebotomist!! (Or whatever her official title is ??) most of the time people have a hard time finding my veins and often have to "dig around" a bit... ouch! But not this past time! I wish I knew her name. She had a beautiful African accent!

Nobody knew to tell me my thyroid test had to be before 9am. Those are the hardest appointments to get, I couldn't get another until the 30th, 12 days after and a day after my doctor's appointment. The staff were nice, but you can't talk to anybody unless they call you inside. First stick got it done, good work though.

Went to the location where there is not front desk person just a computer kiosk and the poor woman in front of me didn’t read in her home language and their was no one to help her. The fact that Quest assumes everyone can read is beyond problematic and creates a deficit in our community when it comes to health care.

My first time at a Quest Diagnostic Center and unfortunately it was not a good experience. I have quite a few autoimmune diseases and have to get blood drawn every week. I’ve been doing that for a couple years now so it’s safe to say I know how blood draws should feel and how they shouldn’t. My pain tolerance is also pretty high so for me to actually feel pain not only from the initial insertion but through the entire blood draw is pretty bad. I also have damage on my arm from it which hurts even 10 hours later. I will undoubtedly bruise as well. I will definitely be requesting to have my blood draws done elsewhere from now on. It may have been just the phlebotomist I had today but unfortunately I’m not willing to take the chance again. Please train your people better.
