This place is awesome for older kids. My daughter was only 18 months when we took her to a bday party there and there wasn't much for her to do but avoid being knocked down by bigger kids. We definitely want to take her back when she's older. It seemed like they did a great job on our nephews party and took care of everything so the parents could hangout and enjoy themselves.

Had a wonderful time celebrating our daughters 5th birthday at pump it up Santa Rosa! Running, playing and laughing nonstop for an hour. The staff is friendly, kind and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Full service party with great staff and wonderful environment! The party room was clean, and the party went very smoothly! We will definitely celebrate here again!

Great place to have a child's birthday! They're very accommodating, they help you do everything. The staff is so friendly and know what their doing. Hands down we would love to have our party here again! Everyone we invited thought it was awesome and want to have their party there. Only thing is I wish the party was 2 hrs not 1.5hrs. But with everything else it was great!

Just attended a party here today and it was awesome. My kid enjoyed it. Play area is super clean and organized.Want to give a special shout out to the staff. They are friendly, professional and work really hard. So hard to find this level of service anywhere.Made for an efficiently enjoyable event.

We had my daughter’s 5th birthday party here and it was a blast! Everyone had a great time and it was so nice having someone else in charge of the set up and take down so I could actually enjoy the party too! I would definitely do again.

A parent’s dream birthday for their kid. The Pump It Up team handled everything and I got to enjoy the party with my birthday girl. Highly recommend!

I forgot all about this place! So much fun! The girls who work there are super nice & attentive to what’s going on & will correct kids when needed which is nice because some parents do not pay attention! Very clean and lots of fun for kids of all ages!

We hosted my daughter's 5th birthday here. The staff, though young, were friendly effective and professional. It was not the cheapest way to host a birthday, but it was very fun and worth the cost.
