I get it, the name of the business says it all - this must be a place for professionals only. I'm just a lowly individual, trying to make some upgrades to my elderly mother's sad old kitchen so I guess they wouldn't be interested in my trade. But imagine my surprise when, after finding a particular quartz on their website that I liked, I called and the saleswoman invited me into the store for a closer look. I made an appointment, drove 30 minutes to get there, and the first thing she said to me was that the quartz I wanted to see was not one they keep in stock. Um... couldn't she have told me this over the phone, when I originally called and gave her the exact name and item number of the quartz I was interested in seeing? OK, I'm easy, I thought I'd take a look at the other items while I was there. In the meantime, the saleswoman told me she'd order a sample size of the quartz and have it sent to me, and also asked me to email her pictures of the sad old kitchen with the countertop dimensions. Great, I figured she was still interested in helping me. Only she wasn't. That all happened nearly a month ago and I've yet to receive the sample or get a reply to my email. If this is how "Pros" do business, I'm glad I'm an amateur.

Designer Kristina walked me through selection of materials for a rockin' kitchen remodel. Cabinets, countertops, selection of sink, lighting, flooring, drawer pulls & more were all enthusiastically & professionally presented until I was ready to install w my contractor.

Nice staff, helpful. Pricing slabs of silestone countertops for the kitchen. They had same pricing as north coast (lowest) but my installer didn't want to deal with north coast. I went to pay for the material and I was charged a "service fee" which came to just over 7%. No one informed me there's a service fee. I found the process odd. The sales person on the floor who is awesome is not the person who orders the material it's someone at the front. The person in the front didn't return my call to confirm order which delayed my order, I had to track them down. I have no idea when the material is coming in/ being delivered. My order guy was supposed to call me the following day with that info and did not. I'm looking at a holiday weekend and trying to line up fabrication / installation. Big headache. Would've been easier and cheaper going thru north coast.

So we are in the process of picking out new floors for our home, I asked for referrals from friends and I was pointed in the direction of ProSource. I could not be happier with the hands on help and abundant variety of selection. I have narrowed our choices down with fantastic help from Rick and Joey. The have both shown me samples in the showroom educating me in best quality choices while keeping the cost in budget. Ricks personalized service includes returning phone calls promptly and gathering and holding samples for me to pick up. He was also instrumental in finding my installer, who comes highly recommend and I am pleased with their response time as well. Cant wait to get my floors in and share pics with y"all!

I'm not sure how you guys got my personal address and name but you sent me a check for $3,000. And I've never been to your store nor heard of you and when I called to inquire, the 3 people that I spoke with hung up and couldn't answer my question. This is not okay. It's rude to hang up especially when it's about someone's personal information your dealing with. This is very sketchy.!!
