Staff always welcomes me when I walk in. I wasn't sure how it all worked when i walked in (like if i could only shop if I was receiving WIC benefit's but, quickly learned that was not the case, anyone can shop at Prime time stores) staff right away explained how to shop in the store. they have always been very friendly (specially Michelle)

Friendly staff! They have always been very nice with me and I have noticed when the girls (staff) are busy on the registers they still acknowledge when someone new comes in.I have always felt welcome when shopping there.

Socorro, and all the other little girls who work here are rude, don’t acknowledge the customers with even a smile hi or bye. Not helpful. have been there at 8am several times when i’ve needed formula urgently and they’re not even open on time when it clearly says 8am is their open time. on two other occasions gave me completely wrong formula and missing veggies and didn’t realize it till i was at home since it was bagged and they put my order in the trunk when i went back they refused to exchange it even though it was some dumb little girls fault. don’t know who’s in charge of this place but they should definitely put their employees in check, or the employees should simply find a different job if they don’t like it!!

Customer service is minimal. Lines are better but I think that’s due to covid not more staff. Ehh.

Worst place ever! They only ever have 1 MAYBE 2 people working at register. Takes longer then 30 min to get to register when there is a line not even to the door. This place needs help ASAP!! Very frustrating
