Terrible service. The lady that works there hates her job and you can tell from the moment you walk in there. Shes rude, unhelpful, and clearly is unhappy with herself so she decides to take it out on the people who walk in there. Clearly should not be working in customer service. I saw a previous review of a customer who experienced the same thing and the business claimed to be under "new ownership" but it's clear that they kept that same lady working there. I asked her when her manager would be in and her response was "im not going to give you that information." I would recommend you look elsewhere for any shipping related needs, as the service is just not there at this place.

I go here often because the workers are excellent and they offer a trifecta of shipping options: USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Every single time I go, I leave UNirritated, and I can't say that about the post office nor the official UPS/FedEx stores.

They have what you need when it comes to full scale Mail Center.The staff is outstanding.professional and knowledgeable. They have answers to most questions related to deliveries,packaging and shipping. We drive the extra miles to come to this Mail Center.

Every time I go here even if there is only one person being helped in front of me it takes FOREVER !!! The gal at the counter is soooo flippin slow I just give up and leave. She doesn't look like she knows what she's doing and doesn't seem to care either : /
