I cannot speak highly enough of Patrick and Viola. From our very first conversation I knew we were in good hands. Working with Viola and Patrick was wonderful! They helped us purchase a home for the first time two years ago, a transaction that was so easy it felt like a dream come true! But after adopting a young child with profound disabilities, we realized our home could not adequately meet our new son’s needs.We reached out to Pedersen Realty and they helped us sell our home AND purchase an ADA modified home!! They helped us work with the seller to modify our son’s room so that it has dedicated circuits for his medical equipment, extra ceiling framing for his lift, and a floor to ceiling tiled bathroom into which we can easily roll him in his bath chair!They were extremely considerate of our older son too, ensuring that the features of the home don’t leave him out. They took time to show him the details of his new room and they enthusiastically celebrated his vision for his new space.We could not have navigated these transactions without Viola and Patrick’s expertise, persistence, and compassionate hearts. They took our dream and made it a reality!

Living in a different state than the house you are selling is not an easy feat. Petersen Realty Group helped me with that process. I needed to get it ready and sell fast and Viola Pedersen did just that! She was there every step of the way, explaining everything, meeting workers when I couldn’t be there!! She made the process easy and seamless when it could of definitely gone the other way! The house was listed on a Saturday, open house Sunday and an offer on Tuesday, over asking! If you want an amazing realtor who puts her heart and soul into her job… go with Viola Pedersen!! I am so happy I did! ?

My spouse and I used Pederson Realty Group to find and purchase our first home in Santa Rosa; and while it felt like a roller coaster ride in this very hot market (circa 2021/2022), Viola and Patrick were absolutely a pleasure to work. They listened intently, respected our budget (and by extension our financial goals), responded promptly, and were instrumental in helping us navigate our first real estate transaction.Our search took us a couple months and in most cases Viola and Patrick were able to schedule showings the same day we requested them. They showed us property's which were relevant and which fit our criteria; never pushing our budget beyond what we discussed. Thats something I've often heard other agents ignore. Patrick's knowledge in Construction was invaluable in evaluating which property's needed substantial work, help us understand what various big issues might cost to fix or remodel, details in home inspection reports we should pay attention to, and which older subdivisions often have certain types of issues we should watch out for (like serious foundation settling due to the soil).When we eventually found a property we were interested in putting in an offer on, Patrick's knowledge helped us understand which inspections we could confidentially wave to make our offer more attractive, and Viola's experience as an agent helped us settle on carefully crafted and attractive terms to get our offer accepted and avoid a bidding war. We were successful and within 24 hours our offer had been accepted.The next 6 weeks felt like a roller coaster with various issues coming up on the sellers side during Title. Viola and Patrick helped us carefully navigate through the deal while diligently protecting our interests and finances. They were absolute professionals and we have no regrets.For most people purchasing a home will be the most expensive transaction of their lives, it would be total insanity to use someone who lacks the kind of experience that Viola and Patrick have.For us, it's hard to imagine using anyone else in any future transactions.
