This store has cute stuff for your pup. Playful toys & healthy food. Nice folks working there but they don't know much about per nutrition so ask your vet before going so ya know what you need.

This is a great local place for all your fur babies needs! We have purchased a few toys and a few treats from this place. It is great! Great service, the people are always nice and helpful, and they have a great selection of merchandise. They have a little frozen section to pick up your bone broth or goat milk and a decent selection of CBD for your fur baby if that is something you are interested in. And of course, you will usually run into a pup that wants pets:)

They have a nice selection of essentials (food, treats, toys, carriers) and fun stuff like party hats, birthday cake kits, and beautifully decorated dog cookies. The staff are friendly and they will special order products if needed.

My spouse enjoyed their selection of items however she used her American Express card and making her purchase of some dog treats and was provided a receipt with the price of the item and the tax charged. Later that month we received our American Express statement and noticed there was an additional higher amount (3.5%) charged by Pawsarotti's. I asked my spouse if there was a sign or was notified verbally there was going to be an additional 3.5% charge for using an American Express and my spouse stated no. If Pawsarotti wants to pass on a merchant fee cost to their customers, they can't do it the way they are doing it. Merchant fees being passed onto their customers is still considered business revenue for Income & Sales Tax purposes. Providing a cash register receipt that doesn't have what is actually being collected is at minimal negligent but probably fraudulent since the business records are not accurate. Enjoy your one time 3.5%, we will not be returning.

Will never shop at this establishment. Way overpriced and poor treatment of employees. I'd rather spend my money elsewhere at a pet store that cares about their community and animals..

I will never give this store my business . Poor ownership, price gouging product, and doesn't treat employees fairly. 10/10 would NOT recommend.

I have been coming to this place for my senior dog’s treats since moving nearby in late February. This place is filled with quality products. The owner is very pleasant as well. You can tell just from walking into the place that they truly care about their business.

I made my first and last visit to this store. There is a woman named Karen (no joke) who treated me like I had the plague and like it was a privilege for me to shop in her store. I also tried to make an appointment to get my dog's nails trimmed and I was told I needed to wait at least a month or longer because they are too busy. When I went to pay for my dog food, I was told I had to pay 3% additional to use my credit card! Their prices are much much higher than other stores in the area, so I'll take my business to them. Thanks a lot Karen, you lost a potentially loyal customer.

My Bassett hound, James Bond will only let this Pet store cut his nails. They are so gentle with him. He hates having his paws touch, but he doesn't even fight them. Sometime the wait line is long, but it worth the wait. I live in Modesto, and this is the only place I will let them touch him.

Cute shop very clean and well organized. My only negative is that I was charged an extra .95 as a surcharge. Didn't see it until I got home. The item I bought was over $30. 95 cents may not seem like much but times are a little tight right now. I like to support small local shops. But I doubt I'll be back.

Just moved to the area and adopted a cat and wanted a local pet store with high quality items and this is exactly what I was looking for! Tons of healthy options and great staff. They also do special orders which has been super helpful!

My wife and I stopped by St Francis shopping center for lunch when we noticed Pawsarotti's Pet Store. We took the opportunity to get a couple of dog ID tags for our dog Banjo. They had just what we were looking for. When we picked out the tags we liked, they engraved our dogs name and our phone numbers on the back. While there I noticed that they carried a variety of quality cat and dog food. Pet toys, collars and harnesses are also available. This is a family owned store that provides great customer service and cares about your pets needs.
