Cost me 1200 in tow fees, 8,000 for a rear end that's still broken. Had to bring car back 4 times for work done improperly. Charged for a fuel pump that was never installed. Was extremely patient at first then lost my temper. For a stupid reason decided to give him another chance before filing a law suit and here I am with a car I can't drive. Today I started legal proceedings with my lawyer I am going to do everything in my power to reconcile this. Never been more screwed by a shop. They don't return my calls total crook. See you in court. Not to mention he smoked weed before test driving my car could smell it all over him. Takes zero accountability for his shoddy work. The good news is I have the time and money to jam him up in court as long as possible.

This shop took very good care of my classic! Fixed many issues but most importantly, they baby my car every time it’s in there for work!!!

Parker’s saved my car a handful of times now (BMW) and it runs top notch every time he’s done with it. Highly recommend! Quality work and he saves me a ton of money. While traveling through Santa Rosa we blow a tire on our motorhome that damaged our water box. They got us in right away and figured out the best long-term repair which required reforming and welding the metal sidewall and bottom brace. We also had them fix a few other issues. Parker and crew were very professional and knowledgeable. We highly recommend them.Services: Auto body & trim repair

My twin sister, dog and I are traveling the country in the same 1973 Dodge Dart sport that we learned to drive on 16 years ago. Before this trip I did everything I could to prepare for a safe journey. So I wasn't expecting my new disc brakes to turn to complete garage 1,800 miles into our journey. We ended up getting towed into Santa Rosa from Gualala on highway 1 (talk about a scary place for brake failure). This resulted in a day of calling, I swear, every shop in town and being told they don't work on old cars or none OEM parts. All signs pointed to Parker's performance, everyone suggested them up and down. When we rolled into their shop they looked at it immediately!!! We were worried parts may take a week and not be available... but this effing wizard got all the parts the same day and had us back on the road the next afternoon. This included a front brake rebuild and straightening out my valve cover to remedy a leaky torn apart gasket that wasn't getting proper contact. I want to add when we got there, there was no high pressure. They even showed us the cars they were working on, all AMAZING looking classics, that set me at ease. The owner met us at the tow truck and shortly after we were introduced to everyone working there that day. Everyone was a delight to talk to.... I mean who experiences NOT wanting to leave an auto shop! I suggest using them if you live in the area or ever break down. Or hell if you live far away and have a trusted classic you want a true professional to work on! Much love from Rosie, Daisy and 14 year old pup Ringo.

I thought I had a major issue going on my 2011 car. I was expecting to pay hundreds maybe even thousands of dollars to fix the problem I was having. Parker could have easily told me I had something that bad going on to my car. Turns out it was a simple fix that was super cheap. Thank you so much for your honesty and being very knowledgeable at what you do.

If I could put less than 1 star I would. Parker is not only a terrible mechanic but he is dishonest and extremely unprofessional. I took my car to him for engine repair last year, his time quote was more than double, and he increase the cost within 2 hours of receiving a cash down payment. I paid sixteen thousand dollars for a car that currently doesn't run, can't be smoged or registered and had a check engine light on when I picked it up from him. If you can find ANY OTHER shop I highly recommend it! DO NOT hire this man. I had 3 shops look at my car after I picked it up and they ALL said he did not do the things that I was charged for and I quote "ANY GOOD MECHANIC WOULD NOT HAVE LET YOU LEAVE WITH A CAR RUNNING LIKE THIS" I would not send my enemy to this guy.Service: Engine repair

I was shocked by how inexpensive, fast, and no-nonsense this place is. They did great work, very quickly, didn’t try to upsell me anything, charged me a fraction of what I expected to pay and probably would have been charged anywhere else, and were polite and professional. What sold me, though, was that at no point did I ever feel like I was being taken advantage of, or hit on. I’ve learned to dread walking into a mechanic shop because I rarely feel safe or respected, and I got nothing but respectful, professional service here. I’m absolutely sold.
