I always take my dry cleaning here. Please here are always happy to help and my clothes always looks good and ready by the time they say it will be ready. I like the service, and the price. As long as they keep up the good job I will be a returning costumer. I like that they help me with knowing if it is dry clean or washed and pressed. Thank you for all your help!

I visited Santa Rosa to see my family for a quincaenera and all my family needed their nice clothes dry cleaned. I saw the great prices at Park Avenue and left a lot of dresses and suits with Miriam. The customer service was so good and friendly. The pricing were way better than I expected! They did a next day service for a reasonable price and did a fantastic job! Thank you!

Took three shirts since I'm 86 and don't want to wash and iron. Paid in advance left a tip. Marian helped buttoning my collars. I forgot more shirts. When I picked them up she remembered my name. I will be their new customer. . . Rich likes PARK AVENUE CLeaners . . M

I had my daughters wedding dress cleaned . It had been in a garage hanging for over 3 years smelled like smoke and had coffee stains on it . They did SUCH AN AMAZING JOB AND FIXED THE STRAPS FOR ONLY 100$ -stains gone smells great !! so happy!!!! Actually shocked it came clean !! Connie Kessel . I've since turned a few more people on to this cleaners. !!!

Recently, I ruined an ENTIRE LOAD OF LAUNDRY! Moving, emptying a storage unit, washing clothes that are fitting again as I'm shrinking.... I was devastated when a hand made vest that I could have sworn I'd washed before, stained every item I'd washed with it! This stupid vest was the only dark purple item in the wash - it stained 8 items, all sweaters and fashion jackets. Some items, it was okay to let them go. But my '90s Levi's denim jacket from a family friend? I was desperate to have the giant purple splotches of fabric dye removed. Park Avenue Cleaners was recommended to me by my dad, and when I realized that they're now under new ownership, I was a little worried that maybe his recommendation wasn't valid. Their front of house person was really great to understand how my jacket (and another denim vest plus a cheap shirt that I'm partial to) was damaged by essentially getting dyed by potent purple fabric. I owe some immense gratitude to JESUS! Didn't get to meet the guy, but he is my hero for removing my purple nightmare! Park Avenue Cleaners is AMAZING, and I believe that the new ownership is deserving of the recommendation that I received, which came from experience with the previous owner. Jesus got that purple dye out of my 3 cherished items, it's like I never screwed up my laundry in the first place.

His business is really amazing. We were in town for some work in vacation with our granddaughter and we need some clothes washed and if we didn't get them done it was gonna ruin our vacation. Park Avenue cleaners jumped right too and said we're gonna take care of you and make sure that happens and it's done when you needed to be done. And that's exactly what they did great service dependable cheerful Amazing people. Thank you Is Park Cleaners.

I used to go to Park Avenue Cleaners all the time but I stopped going because of the pandemic. Now that I have to start going to the office again, I need stuff dry cleaned. Park avenue has the best prices and a consistent return time on stuff. The staff is friendly and I can see they're really trying hard to please the customer. I will be back!

Yo I finally am learning how to keep my nice clothes fresh with dry cleaning. Why didn't I do this sooner. Decided to try this place after calling around for prices to other places and this place had the best prices by far. Brought my expensive clothes in and it came out looking 10 times better than if I did it at home. My jeans look like I just bought them from the store! I'm coming back fo sho.

Park Avenue Cleaners is great. The prices are really low and reasonable. The inside could use a touch up but the girl at the counter is really nice and helpful. I hope to continue using this place in the future. My stained football Jerseys came out beautifully!

Been going here for years...they have the best prices in Santa Rosa and have never let me down with the quality or service! I always get my clothes and linens done here, they especially do a good job with shirts because they're all pressed and ironed.

I'd been going to this place for years always receiving great service. Then it went under new management and the service was bad so I stopped bringing my clothes there. Recently I decided to give this place another try. Turns out there's a different new owner and the service is great again. Glad I gave it a second chance.
