I love this place. We have two boxers. One is two years old the other 9. We use lodging for both and play time for younger one. Our older one is dog aggressive and they are fantastic about keeping him separate and doing add on solo dog walks when we lodge. The share a room which is great as that’s what they are used to. Pet play house is so accommodating with doing complex medication schedules. More than anything, the way they treat our dogs like their own is why we use their service. We highly recommend their service, EVERY staff member we have dealt with is excellent - 10 out of 10!!!!!

They keep my dogs safe and healthy and I love that I can check in on my dogs throughout the day on camera.

Good friendly staff. If your bring your dog on a day it rains or a day after it rains your dog will be filthy and wet when you pick them up.

Do not leave your dog here. Ours ended up with a severe case of kennel cough even though she's had all her shots including bordotella. The vet knew without our saying which kennel our dog stayed at. Also when we picked up our dog she smelled terrible and needed a bath as soon as we got home. I washed her pad and had to air out the stuffing over 2 days outside. Horrible experience. We were heartbroken for our dog.

I love love love their doggie day care and spa. The faculty are great with my 2 babies and it's not easy with my shy guy. But even he loves going. I leave them there over night many times and it doesn't break the bank. Friendly and reasonable.

I take my rescue/pandemic pup to the Santa Rosa location for daycare several times a week. He is ALWAYS excited to go which makes me feel so much better about having to be back in the office half-time. He attends the small dog room and unlike other dog boarding/daycares he has attended, he has never gotten sick here (hope I'm not jinxing things by typing this). The packages are an amazing deal and you can do a true half-day (up to five hours) between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. (or however you wish to do it within their hours) and the dogs aren't put into a kennel for two hours like they are at another local place that is far more expensive. They do put the dogs in a run between 4 and 5:30ish to clean, but you can avoid this by picking your pup earlier. Staff knows me and my pup well and are always very welcoming and kind. Very very happy with their care -- and I'm a tough one to please. Especially when it comes to my kids (the four and two legged ones).

My baby Rottweiler is going there,so far the people have been professional and nice,well I leave my best friend there,and they have cameras so you can see what's going on, and she gets to meet new friends and hopefully has fun all day and is wore out when she gets home!

How in the world, could a DOG DAYCARE need the local police department to come to your establishment to tell your staff to bring the dogs who were outside in 102 degree heat inside?!?!? I hope the staff who's clearly incompetent is reprimanded, fired, or maybe required to sit outside as long as they made the dog do it. Absolutely ridiculous! Everyone do yourself a favor and go to a competent pet resort
