They used to be great, last 2 years nothing but incompetence, had tracking to there, but they either lost, stole it or gave it it to someone else, and did nothing but lie about it, a couple of times they didn't even open during the week, time and time again they refused to put my meds in my box, this is what you will be paying for.

I called and spoke with Josh, one of the owners about 2 boxes I sent to my home in Montana and got here with most of my late Moms Fostoria glasses shattered. I wanted to know why the fragile stickers I requested were not put on the boxes, I was just told today that the USPS now charges extra for items with fragile stickers on them, so instead of telling me this so I could write Fragile on them myself,Josh said Dave assumed I wouldn't want the stickers so didn't say anything. I requested a refund of the $163.57 I paid them. I was told no, I couldn't even get any part of a refund. I can't believe before Mom passed away she used this business for all her shipping.

I needed a package shipped Internationally. The package was returned to me a week later because the needed documents were not included in the package like I was informed by the employee that helped me. I was not given anything to sign for the Documents that will be viewed by Customs. Before you pay make sure the documents are actually in or outside that package.

What a terrible business! I came in after calling the business first, to ship a package, and the front desk help people were terrible! One associate was in training, so I understand a "little" bit more hassle, but not a wait time of a half an hour when nobody else is ahead of you in line. I was asked which shipping method I would like, and I chose the cheapest option; $29 after about 30 more minutes, and moving other customers ahead of me while I was the first one in line, they finally arrived at a price of $78! I told them they had made a mistake, and I wanted the first and lowest option. They informed me that $29 is the actual price, but their "up charge" results in a $78 price tag! Frustrated after waiting so long, and on my lunch break, I had no choice but to comply. Zero stars for this place; absolutely terrible business model! the lady that was "helping" me was name Yolanda.

I agree with Diana K below. Do not use Pak Mail! They sell insurance. Your property gets damaged and they won't honor the insurance that they required you to buy) in my opinion, they are dishonest and ripping people off with this insurance scam! Do not us Pak Mail.

Britney was amazing. She helped us ship 3 1/2 cases of wine and made sure boxes were secure, wine was insured and did so with a smile.

I have been using Pak Mail for years and have never had any issues at all. Fast reliable convenient and nice staff. They go out of there way to make sure that people get what it is there looking for. Great service great location I just can't think of one neggative experience in the 15 years or so that I have been using them. Check em out..

Staff are nice, but business was closed unexpectedly for 3 days. If you pack your own package don't both to buy insurance. 7 pieces of crystal broke and they and UPS won't honor claim. They should tell you about UPS rules if they are offering an insurance package. Won't use them again.

Was greeted nicely by Brittney. she was very helpful and knowledgeable and helped me save by suggesting my best shipping options. I noticed that she is bilingual as well which is always great for business. i would recommend shipping at Pak mail.

I went in there looking for boxes and other moving items, in order to help my brother and his family move homes. What I found was a gentlemen, that was not only very accommodating and helpful, but extremely kind. I walked out with exactly what I needed and the sense that I had met one of the better humans I'm going to encounter in my life. Here to wish him a happy retirement and leave a glowing review of his business. Thank you again.

Amazing service, coming from someone who has a small business. It's hard to find a a place that will this USPS packages, but this place does it. It's even harder to get a receipt, but they still do it. I would much rather support here than a UPS store. 10/10 would recommend, great service.
