FINALLY, a tire and alignment shop I can trust and count on in the Santa Rosa area. Only took 12 years! They perform other services too, but I'm a home mechanic and a big Tirerack devotee so I really just need mounting, balancing and alignment. I own a classic sports car with family history and honestly I really have a hard time letting anyone else work on it. But with Bill and his crew I can rest easy it's in good hands.

Small business like Bill's shop are why I love the service industry! I had a nail in my tire and called the dealership who just didn't have time for small projects and weren't open on the weekend anyhow. I ordered my tire online and had it delivered directly to Bill's shop. It arrived the next day and Bill took very good care and showed me how everything worked. Clean and nicely equipped garage. What an amazing shop! Bill takes deep pride in his work and truly loves cars. I just brought my car in for a 60k service and had done some of the work myself. Bill went over the checklist with me, completed the items I had not and sent me on my way. I couldn't wait to stop bringing my car to the dealership (prepaid service) and this is my new spot. I'll be sending everyone I know to Bill. I'll be needing tires soon and I can't wait to watch him use this fancy tire machine he keeps talking about. I don't even think twice about leaving my car with Bill. He cares more than any mechanic I've ever been to.

Bill and his shop is a diamond in the rough. He is meticulous with his work, flexible in scheduling appointments, and has reasonable rates. In addition, he has an immaculate shop that is equipped well with the latest tech and tools. Highly, highly recommend this shop.

I know my Shelby GT500 is in good hands at Pagnano's. In addition to my tires and wheel upgrades, he's installed my Eibach Pro-Street suspension, Hawk Performance brakes, Borla exhaust system and does all my synthetic oil changes. I take all my other cars to Bill for routine maintenance and I tell all my friends they should too.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement
