I have never received such horrible costumer service. I purchased a pair a pants came home to realize they don't fit and had a stain so i went back looking to exchange them. The manager was extremely rude from the start and treated to call security when I asked about their return policy. I had my receipt the bag and was asking if they could look up my account. She refused all service to me and told me to "Get out of her store" I was nothing but nice and will be going back with an adult to solve this matter.

My friends and I were trying to shop and the entire staff on the clock today was openly racist and watching/following us while we tried to shop. The short woman working today at 3pm asked us if we needed help and we respectfully declined. She then told us the graphic teas we were looking at were not on sale. Why would you think that’s appropriate to say to a group of shoppers who declined any help shopping. It was said as if we were too poor to be shopping for 30$ graphic shirt. It truly was disgusting and embarrassing to endure this type of behavior not even being in the store for 5 minutes.

first, they gave me the wrong size when i ordered online. Then i ordered AGAIN and they gave me the wrong size. so i went in store to return them and ordered a new pair online and they game without belt straps and with loose threads

They’re clothes are really cute, a bit expensive though. The customers there are rude, some glare at you for not being skinny or not being super pretty. Which is what stops me from going to Pacsun.

This pacsun is under new management. It's clean, organized, people are helpful and energetic! I am impressed with the changes this company has made when it comes to customer service and overall standards. This is also one of the few places you can find Brandy Melville in the area, along with great promotional sales. And if you're looking for denim, stay away from the Abercrombie, Hollister, Tilly's, Zumiez... PacSun has the best prices and best quality denim in the mall and they usually do promotions like BOGO free, or BOGO 50%, so the prices are fair and the quality is amazing

I love shopping here. They always have really cute clothes and great sales. Their full priced stuff is pretty much the same as the other stores like pacsun: zumiez, ae, tilly's, etc., which is why I always shop the sale section which normally is buy one get one free or even two free sometimes. I don't understand why the other reviewer said they don't adhere to their promos. Every time I ask to make sure I'm always lead in the right direction and if I chose the wrong item they're helpful about clarifying why. Maybe she just asked a new person. The signs are tricky since the font is so small...so you have to read them carefully. Their employees always greet you in and don't sell much but when you ask them questions they're very helpful and nice which is the type of shopping experience I like.

Thank god they improved their staff, the new employees are so much better. I don't know his name at the register but he was super helpful and made buying my 15 year old a bunch of summer clothes a breeze. Thank you

They have promos that they don't adhere to. I have been in there multiple times and the sign says buy one get one free or 50% off and I pick things from where the sign says, and have asked to make sure, and yet when I get to the counter they say that wasn't part of the sale or promo?? And when I have called them out the person who said it was part of the sale/promo plays d*** and the cashier acts confused?? Very frustrating! They are way over priced and don't honor the sales they advertise!
